Jordan was very informative about repair of our dishwasher. He did a great job and was very thorough about the cleanup process!

Donnie was so pleasant and he instantly knew what part was needed on my 1 year old washing machine. Very helpful and professional- I would strongly recommend.

Disappointed that I was charged $94 for service guy to tell me as soon as he saw unit that they couldn't put freon in it. The person setting appointment could have told me (per the service guy). He apologized for having to charge me. Said none of the local repair places could service sealed systems and all systems are sealed after 2014.

They had just the part we needed and had it pulled and ready to go when I got there. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Definitely recommend!

I was having an issue with my Maytag washing machine.
My technician (Donnie) was very professional and thorough in trouble shooting the machine.
He had me up and running in less than 30 minutes.

I called Niceley's in regard to my ice maker not working properly. The service rep, Jordan, was very knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. In addition, he was polite and considerate of the fact that he was in someone's home. Very pleased with the service.

Niceley's does quality work and are a local, small business so I am happy to call them for jobs I need done. Donnie made two visits and was very friendly and professional. Only downside is cost. I appreciate there needs to be an initial visit cost but a 15 minute visit shouldn't cost $90 and if it does, how about you credit some/all of it back if I agree to have work done. Almost $300 bill to replace a plastic bracket on a fridge and a total of less than 30 minutes of work. Seems a bit steep.

AJ has excellent customer service skills and stands behind his work. He represents Niceley’s well and I’m always happy to see him when needed.

Niceley's came out and was able to repair my very old refrigerator. We bought parts for it and they used those parts and only charged us a service fee. They were professional, knowledgeable, and quick. We have used their services a couple of times and I highly recommend them.
