Edit 6/1/22 Starting with Tyler W. - he was great as a comfort care specialist. He was very thorough in explaining my options for a new furnace. It needed replacement due to a crack in the heat exchanger. The unit was very old so I knew the time was coming. I didn’t feel hurried or in a rush to make a decision. After purchasing we had next day installation from Nicky M., Dalton B., and Jake - all 3 were very respectful and took their time to ensure the job was done correctly. They explained how to use my new thermostat and how everything works with the new furnace and humidifier. They explained clearly when filters needed to be changed as well as how to do each one in particular. I am very satisfied with all aspects of dealing with the guys from Arlinghaus. I will definitely recommend their service and I look forward to working with them when I am due for any type of service. —Jeffrey Cook was a fantastic technician. He was very thorough and precise in his work. He went through everything with me as he was working. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and would prefer to have him as my technician for any future maintenance needs. Overall the company and service has been outstanding.

Arlinghaus was prompt in getting a technician to our home when our heat stopped working. Kind. Courteous. Our tech Aaron was very knowledgeable and took time to show me pictures of the issues (that I feel were missed by a different company). He was friendly and great to work with. Definitely will use in the future with our Happy Home Service.

Chris came out for our annual Happy Home tune-up and found a problem that if left unchecked would have resulted in our system going down. So glad we have Chris and the Arlinghaus team looking out for us! Chris is always professional and takes time to answer questions and gets the job done right.

Never used them, but had furnace go out and had one company tell me that I needed some rather pricey parts, so decided to get a 2nd opinion and Tyler came out and did a great job of pin pointing the problem, and it was not the pricey parts the other company said it was! Ordered the part and came the next day to install it, and furnance is running fine! He also checked out what I was told was bad, and it is fine! Thanks Tyler for your your knowledge and being a professional person! Super great guy!

Very polite, knowledge young man. Had my system running in 10 minutes. I had been without heat in single digit cold weather for 3 days. Diagnosed the issue with the unit. Great company.

Great experience all the way around. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. Garrett and his installation team were friendly and arrived on time. They completed the work and cleaned up all the debris, then made sure that I was happy with everything they did. She provided an honest, transparent assessment of my HVAC system along with a realistic timeline for maintenance and repairs. Recently had furnace installed. Excellent service and workmanship from first service visit through new installation, and finally with a follow up visit to evaluate a sound that ended up having nothing to do with my new furnace. Can’t say enough about the professionalism, courtesy, thorough work by all the people at Arlinghaus that came to my home.

EXCEPIONAL! We had an issue with a faulty outlet and called Arlinghaus for electrical service in the morning, a technician arrived early afternoon. Their technician Mason was Exceptional, he is very friendly, knowledgeable and was very thorough explaining what had caused the problem with our outlet. He inspected the wiring and circuit breakers and assured us that we shouldn't encounter any further issues. Arlinghaus Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning will definitely be our Go-To source in the future!

Alex did an amazing job. He had a tight space to work within and did so perfectly He was polite and respectful. I would ask for Alex in the future. I appreciated the rapid response and the same day installation. More than I'd hope for but extremely grateful.

Chris Mazor is fantastic—always polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He not only resolved our issue quickly and thoroughly, but also went the extra mile to assess our system and make sure there were no future problems on the horizon. Mike was very friendly and respectful of our property. Mike completed our annual inspection and water heater flush as well as inspected our plumbing. He explained the flush process and we discussed their service coverage option, he was very informative. Our experiences with Arlinghaus have been positive, their associates are always professional and take pride in their work.
