Whether it’s routine maintenance or emergency repairs, they respond quickly and get the job done right the first time. Their professionalism and attention to detail make them our go-to HVAC company. Highly recommend!

We recently moved into our “new to us” home over the summer and quickly learned our air conditioning unit wasn’t keeping our house cool. Mark made us feel like a priority and came to check it out, same day. He saw that our unit was pretty dirty and cleaned it out for us. After looking everything else over, he gave us some maintenance advice and it has since worked perfectly! Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

I called Mark to install a new thermostat in my home. He came out and installed a digital thermostat for me! My old one was never dependable and this new one is great!! He also checked our furnace and heat pump while he was here and everything is working great!! I highly recommend True Comfort they are very dependable and efficient!!

Mark was very professional and thoroughly explained what was needed to fix our home humidifier so I could fully understand the issue. I was impressed with his clear communication. He even called to follow up and make sure the humidifier was working properly. I was very happy with my whole experience with True Comfort and will be using them for all my heating and cooling needs. Mark at True Comfort did an amazing job at fitting me in the same day I called, finding the problem, sourcing a parts center that had what was needed in stock, and getting it installed same day!
The technician helped me to understand what and why my heat pump failed and gave tips on how to increase the life of my AC and what to look out for as to solve small issues before they become big problems! Great, prompt service, fair priced and very professional!

Mark was very informative about my furnace. He caught a fire hazard with my furnace and he fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend his services and will definitely will use his services in the future.

I called Mark about my furnace not working and he was there in minutes to check on it. He didn’t have his tools on him because he wasn’t working at the time but came back the same day and was able to repair it! I’m so glad we called Mark and would recommend his business to everyone!

My air went out and Mark was able to look at it in a timely manner. It was a very old unit and I expected to have to replace the whole thing. He tried a few things to get it up and running, it just wouldn’t work. He was able to replace the air and furnace a few days later. Very pleased with the service he provided. True Comfort was quickly responsive, attentive, personable, and thorough with the services and consultation provided. I reached out mid day Monday and have a completed solution by the same time Wednesday. I’ll be recommending this company to anybody I can in the future, and will happily return for service myself.

True Comfort was very responsive -- called in the afternoon because our furnace kept kicking off and Mark was able to come that same evening! He quickly diagnosed the issue, made the repair, and had us back up and running in no time! Highly recommend!

Ive known mark since we were kids, hes an honest and hardworking man thats not interested in selling you anything you dont need, hed much rather fix whats broken instead of charging you an arm and a leg for a new unit when its not needed. I will be a customer as long as hes in business
