I spoke to a young lady, Annie on Saturday and on Sunday, a nice considerate young man, Terry came to my home at the correct time., he checked my water heater and informed me that was still a good heater for a few more years...a very polite gentleman that was kind enough to offer facts on my heater....a very great young man who said I was okay for now...I recommend this business to anyone seeking their services...I recommend Kennedy plumbing...I will call them for services afain

The guy has completely disappeared. Did a great job on our water heater a few months back. But now he is unreachable.

We had messed up a simple diy repair on bathtub faucet. We had to leave our water turned off. Called Kennedy plumbing and made an appointment for the next morning. But they called back and came out right away so we didn't have to be without water all night. He had it fixed within an hour. He was so nice and good natured about my mess up. Thank you so much. You were awesome!

Not sure what is happening with the company. Website and phone are not connecting. I had a water filtration system installed by Terry 3 years ago and that is great. The young guys he was training to take over since he was wanting to hand over repairs to them did a so-so job installing my water heater. I have had a gas leak 2 weeks ago and now my igniter appears to be bad on my 3 year old water heater. I’d hire Terry but not his replacements if this company is still a company.

Was quick and Esteban was friendly and did great work.

Called at 10:30 with a failed sump pump and a soon-to-be-flooded basement. They said they’d have somebody out between 1:00-3:00 AM. At 11:59 PM, I got a call from Esteban letting me know he was on the way. It’s now 1:03 AM and he just left. New pump installed, old pump removed, sump basin empty. Not only was he prompt and courteous and professional, but he wore booties inside the house.
