Swimming Pool Contractor reviews in Erlanger, Kentucky

We have been using Mid-American pools for many years now. They always are on time and have great communication and service. This year we needed to do a little bit more and needed some repair work as well. They accommodated our schedule and really worked with us to get this done so we could open our pool on time!

Mid-American installed our pool and has maintained it for more than 10 years. They have always been professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We highly recommend them!

Mid-American is the best pool service company you can choose. The people and equipment are state of the art.

Local, company that has been caring for our pool for the past 20+ years. Our gunite pool and water features are rather complicated, but Mid-American does an excellent job, from the initial construction, to the anual opening and closing tasks.

MidAmerican provides great service! They are very responsive and timely to my requests and always do a great job with repairs and equipment replacement. I highly recommend them for any pool service needs.

We have been very happy with Mid American. They installed our pool in 2020 (great experience) and have been servicing since. Always consistent, friendly, reliable and available to troubleshoot when needed. Definitely recommend.

Mid American has been working on my pool for over 10 years and have performed all of the openings and closings. They are always prompt and get to repairs very quickly. I highly recommend them.

Every spring I look forward to the opening of our pool. Mid-American built the pool 23 years ago and has provided every service for all these years. I have been extremely pleased and continue to recommend to friends. Looking forward to many more years of excellent customer service and care.

Mid American Pools came promptly when they said they would. The way the cleaned my pool, pool cover and the surrounding area was perfect! The new chlorinator that installed has been working wonderfully. I am sad that I had 5 plus years of another company after having this experience. I will be a permanent customer after the level of service that they showed me! Thank you for getting my backyard ready for pool season!

I’ve been a client, and fan, of Mid America Pools for almost 20 years!
Initially, through a complete re-do of my gunite, tile and coping on home I had purchased. Then every year in opening & closings; especially this year when we ran into some additional issues and the service team jumped in and handled everything! Terrific service!

Mid-American did a great job from start to finish. Very happy with the result of our new pool. Thank you

I’ve been using Mid America Pool since they installed my pool some 8 years ago. They have done a wonderful job keeping my pool clean and running smoothly with very few issues. I couldn’t be more pleased and will be looking forward to working with them for years to come

Three years past our initial installation of a custom gunite pool from Mid American - we are still relying on them for - and they continue to provide - top notch trouble shooting, warranty support, and overall expert help for us. Most othercompanies would have stopped supporting owners after the final installment payment was made, but Tim, and the rest of the pros at Mid American have continually helped us solve small ownership problems - from faltering lights to pool heater issues. If you feel Mid American pools may be beyond your budget - i urge you to consider them if for no other reason than the continued care and support AFTER the installation is complete. They have made our investment well worth any initial costs. i count on Tim and he has never let me down!

Michael & his crew were fantastic! Easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Mid-American Pools built a beautiful pool for us! We are SO happy with it! Having a pool has always been a dream for us & Mid-American helped us make that dream come true. Gunite is the perfect texture - not to slippery & not to rough on the skin. Having a pool is a great way to get the family together & get everyone off their phones/screens. Amazing conversations & fun is had by all. We also had them put in a hot tub that we can use all year! Living in Ohio - the pool is such a refreshing way to cool off in our hot & humid summers!

We have used Mid-American Pools for the construction of our pool in 2019 and for servicing of the pool ever since. They have been wonderful to work with over the years - always doing quality work, responding promptly to our needs, and always willing to answer any questions. Every step of the process from when we first met to discuss initial construction, to the construction of the pool, to our interaction with routine service personnel, to our communication with the service office - it has all been a quality and professional experience. Highly recommended!

For a project of this size and longevity, overall it went quite smooth.
Of course with any project of this scope there were bound to be a few issues, but they were handled professionally and fairly. I would highly recommend Mid - American Gunite Pools for any of your pool needs. They are great to work with and I am left with a beautiful product.

Mid-American always does a great job! They did a great job of resurfacing our pool this year. The communication was great and job they did was even better. They deliver on great service.

Overall, we had a great experience with Mid-American from the initial design process to install to now, ongoing service. I'd use them again and again.
