Did not want to help with ductwork. Because I didn't buy the unit from him. The lied to the one that recommended him to me. Told him that I ordered a ingrahams water unit. James never asked what unit I had. By the way James it's a "GOODMAN". Goodman Manufacturing is an American company operating as an independent subsidiary,of Daikin Group, the world's largest manufacturer of heating, ventilation and air conditioning products and systems. Also told the person that I didn't have a warranty. I do have a warranty. All I Was looking for was someone to help with the transition. I am a disabled U.S Marine. My Dad is 83 years old. It was 97° out we just needed a little help not a tongue lashing. A quality tradesmen doesn't lie!
