We have had our pool for 22 years now and Dana and Chris is the only pool store that I will deal with. They do not try to push pool supplies on you that you dont need. Only pool store in the area worth dealing with.

Love this store all i need plus Chris was great at getting my water set from green to blue in one day.....and has been eady to msintain as well as cheaper since! All staff there are great, and best stock of any supplies in this area!!!

The staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable. They also will test samples of pool water for free as long as you purchase your pool chemicals here. The owner makes it easy to take care of your pool by detailing which chemicals are needed and in what quantity. I highly recommend visiting Paradise Pools for all of your pool needs

Paradise Pools closed our pool last year and opened our pool this year. I would recommend them to anybody that has a pool. Chris and Dana, who own the store, are very knowledgeable in all situations of owning a pool. They are truthful about your problems, and how to fix them. Their store is filled with some unique items, games, and many things you would not think about for your pool. They are always there to help in any given situation. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that needs a pool opened/closed, supplies, or some fun things to play with in the pool.

I am a brand new pool owner and had an issue with chemicals because I have well water. The wonderful folks at Paradise Pools were so very helpful and patient with explaining things to me. I drove 45 minutes to get there and absolutely worth the trip!

This is the second year I’ve had Chris, of Paradise Pools open my pool and he closed it last year. What I feel I need to stress to potential customers is, you have made the best choice when you choose Paradise Pools. This gentleman knows the industry well and he’s a great source of information. Most importantly, you can trust him and his recommendations. He’s honest and doesn’t hit you with surprise costs or expenses. Owning a pool, in my opinion, is a luxury and there are going to be costs, but with Chris he’s fair, upfront and comparable to other companies. His work, for me has been outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to have him or his company work for anyone I care about. If you are in the market for someone to provide pool services, do yourself a favor and give Paradise Pools of Flatwoods Ky. a shot at providing your services. You won’t be disappointed. Kind and knowledgeable! The staff here are more than willing to help with any questions or concerns. They are also very kind and understanding. I had one issue after the next while opening up my pool for the first time this season. They had the parts I needed and were very patient as my dad and i worked through the issues and came up with new parts and issues. Thank you for excellent service!

I stopped by with a problem with an intex pump. The lady at the counter let me know they’re not a dealer for index but looked through their inventory or Hayward pump parts to possibly help me for a long time. Without prevail a gentleman told me to use some magiclube for my leaky o ring. They didn’t try to sell me anything. They provided me with the necessary info I needed and sent me on my way knowing my problem would be solved when I got home. I would recommend this store to anyone, at any time. For anything. Customer service is top notch. And in the pool industry, you can’t beat an honest dealer. A++

Have dealt with practically every pool place in the Tri-State and Paradise has become my go-to. Have always been extremely helpful and pleasant. Owner spent 20 minutes looking for a part and finally located a perfect substitute. They don't try to sell you a ton of chemicals that you don't even need either.
