Rob did a great job communicating the risks and thoroughly examining the home and scoping out our sewer line. He went above beyond his duty getting quotes on repairs and offering much appreciated friendly advice. a good guy and a quality business. I used NKI based on a recommendation and would recommend it to my friends.

Update- I had a great experience my first time around, so when I went to look for a new home that was questionable on sight I knew right away who to call. Rob and Chris did a great job finding all the risks of my home so I could make a fair and informed decision on my purchase. When I want peace of mind I'll always call NKI.

Rob and his team did a thorough inspection on a house we are looking to purchase. They saw things that I hadn’t even noticed, even though they were staring me in the face. I would definitely use them again.

We recently underwent a home inspection using NKI. Rob was flexible with our inspection date. We had to reschedule due to unexpected delays, Rob was understanding and able to meet our needs. Rob did a thorough job with our home inspection. He took his time and the report was very detailed. At the end of the inspection Rob went over every detail of the inspection and made sure we understood the report. Rob answered any questions that we had. We found Rob very professional and I would highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend Rob and his company enough. He has been helping me fix severe leaking in my basement that the previous owner was supposed to have fixed. He has gone above and beyond to help me identify the problem and get it fixed as efficiently as possible. I have never met anyone else who takes more pride in their work. When Rob does a job he does it right. He also ensures that any subcontractors do the job right as well. He has been here through every step of the process, making sure that I always understand what is going on. He identified several other issues as well, and did not hesitate in helping me to correct them. It is so rare nowadays to find someone with so much integrity. I am blind, so I really have to be able to trust the people that I’m working with. From the very beginning Rob put me at ease, and I never had any doubt that I could trust him and his judgment absolutely.After working with Rob and the rest of his guys, I will never work with anyone else. Rob was fantastic to work with! He immediately went out to inspect the system in the house we are buying, and went well out of his way to get our inspection done for us as quickly as possible. Rob was so incredibly thorough and knowledgeable about a house that we are in the process of buying, he gave us a lot of piece of mind in knowing exactly all of the issues with the house. Rob was courteous, attentive and didn't rush his inspection. I think he inspected just about every inch of the house that he was legally allowed to. His experience and various credentials made us really confident in his work. He responded quickly to questions, took the time to explain things to my husband and I and helped us to understand our options. Rob really eased my mind with this being my first home purchase. He walked me through everything step by step and sent me my report with pictures that was easy to understand the same day as the inspection. Best call I ever made. His price for the work was less than half of anyone else. Their work was beyond incredible and amazing. Their employees are very courteous to and professional.
