Furnace broke down, sent request to Home Warranty at 0900 and the called back to see me today..New Years day. Doug very nice and knowledgeable , need parts no parts till probably Monday.👍 Well DOUG and parts showed up today, Furnace fixed. Home warranty worked out well and contractor. Nicole who set up second visit very cordial. Thank you all!

Used them via our home warranty. Very prompt and reliable service . The technician was vital is getting our unit fixed the same day and cool air in our home ! He was out the following day with an updated part. Thank goodness for great service !

We can’t say enough great things about Doug with Comfort Air Technologies. He was super friendly and professional. He installed a part on our furnace in a very expedient manner.We highly recommend Comfort Air Technologies to anyone with air conditioner or furnace or electrical needs.

I wish I could give more stars!! I cannot say enough good things about this company! My repair tech, Devin G., was extremely knowledgeable and honest. Not only did he know what the problem was, he knew how to repair it. He also informed me that the part another company had put in was defective as well as letting me know that what the other company told me about my relays being bad was false and that they do not need replaced. I will definitely be a repeat customer and HIGHLY recommend him and this company!!

Phenomenal service from knowledgeable technician. After getting worked over twice from another company and out $400 comfort air technologies came out found the actual component in need of repair and were open and honest about pricing and righted the wrongs. I strongly recommend them if you have HVAC needs.

First time using Comfort Air but won’t be my last! They were very communicative, reasonably price, arrived promptly and had availability within days. They explained everything and went above and beyond to ensure they were getting ahead of any possible issues. Highly recommend!

Honest, thorough, and communicated well. I couldn’t ask for more, especially after my struggles with another local HVAC organization. They came into a complex situation and managed to resolve it with my best interests in mind - not theirs, or the home warranty company. Even if you have a home warranty, request Comfort Air!

I could not have asked for a better company, they responded PROMPTLY when their service was needed. Everyone was pleasant that I spoke with, the technician (Devin) was professional and explained everything. He took his time and checked our heating system to find the problem and was able to resolve it. Devin was personable and very pleasant, I will definitely use their service again.

Their techs performed routine maintenance on my unit with the service plan the I purchased from them. Scheduling was easy and their office rep is awesome as far as her service is concerned and the techs were very thorough and informative. Always great service from these guys!

Thankfully we continued our home warranty our 2nd year here too. Comfort Air was assigned to us to do the repairs which turned out to be a large repair. They were awesome. They kept us informed every step of the way and we've had no problems since. We are satisfied customers.

From the first phone call, Comfort Air exceeded my expectations. They were kind, easy to schedule, on time, and perfectly prepared to answer my questions. Kevin fixed the issue quickly and was a wonderful, patient person in the process. Quick, accurate, and reasonably priced.

They came out as a result of my home warranty providing them as the technician. They were prompt and courteous. Found an issue right away. They were kind enough to talk through the different options I had for a resolution. They ended up replacing the AC unit. They were always easy to talk with and scheduling was easy. They provided quality work and went above and beyond with the install for a couple things they didn’t even have to do. The only hick up I had with them was their “70% deposit” requirement. I told them I wasn’t paying for anything until the work was complete. They didn’t make me pay the deposit but on the day of install, they wanted a check for the full amount before doing any work. I’ve never had a company go about it this way. They ended up doing the work before receiving payment and it all worked out. I appreciate the service they provided!

Doug was great! Doug came to assess what was going on, and was able to determine what the issue was quickly. Doug took the extra time to communicate to me what was happening and explain what he would need to do. Doug and the main office representative were very helpful with speedy scheduling and help with warranty parts that saved me money while advocating with my warranty company to have the repair fully paid for where as the other companies called, were not able to do. Comfort Air Tech. will now be the company I turn to for all of my heating and cooling needs!

Doug answered many of our questions and provided very good suggestions for our HVAC system.

Checked and explained every step and summarized their findings, what my Home Warranty covered and steps necessary to get my system operating and future steps that may be required if first step doesn’t work as a permanent solution. We had Comfort Air Technologies show up to service our air conditioner today, and they went above and beyond expectations! From the phone call from Nicole in the office and to Doug who showed up and helped with all of our concerns and problems with our A/C unit. We will definitely use them again with any future problems. We’ve been using Comfort Air for almost 2 years now and so far we’ve been really impressed! We signed up for their maintenance plan each year and this time when they came out to do the summer inspection the technician noticed the wires were completely fried going into the conductor and it was just a matter of time before it stopped working. Luckily this happened 2 days before a major heat wave! Comfort air was able to fix it within hours and at a very reasonable price and saved us from having our ac completely out of use during a horrible heat wave. Definitely recommend them!

Tech came out today for a general inspection. Although I was given less than great news, I was thoroughly informed and given a few different options to work with my budget. Glad I called! Polite, informative, and very personable staff. I spoke to Nichole in the office to set up my appointment, she was also very kind and helpful

Our technician Doug was professional, knowledgeable, and he answered all questions. Nicole was friendly and helped us find an appoint that meet out needs and schedule. All our issues were resolved timely and at a reasonable price.

Comfort Air and their employees are top-notch. They are very professional very polite and definitely know their business. I have an old heat and air unit that was given me trouble every year until I ran into comfort Air and Kevin and his partner. After their first visit which they spent 4 hours going through my unit took their time kept me updated every step of the way, and after that visit my electric bill went down $60 on the month My unit was running terrible until they got through with it now it runs great and is very efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone that really wants to keep their unit updated and running well. Finally I just want to say they are very very honest and they take into consideration your situations and what they should use in your unit. And this is not just smoke I am not a person to give compliments very easily however like I said this is the best heat and air unit company I have ever dealt with.

My experience with Comfort Air Technologies was very positive. The techs were very professional, knowledgeable and used high quality equipment. Comfort Air Tech worked very hard to get the best value out of my claim through my home warranty. In the five years I have had my home, I have always had to file a claim every year to check out my a/c because it would quit working properly. This was the first time Comfort Air Tech was assigned to my claim and I’m very fortunate. They took the claim seriously and diagnosed my system thoroughly. They found the leak that was at the root of the five year problem and found that the sizes of the parts were mismatched all along. I practically have a new a/c system for less than half the price of a new full system that was load calculated to b the correct size for my house. They replaced the coil, panel, condensate lines, refrigerant lines, expansion valve, and condenser unit, and filled it up all in half a day. When they were finished, they cleaned their work spaces, making them look how they were before they arrived. I highly recommend this business.
