They are always prompt and do a great job. They have cleaned carpet in my house and multiple area rugs. Everything turns out looking as new as it can with 2 kids and 3 dogs living in the house.

I needed to get my carpets cleaned and my sectional cleaned. I looked at reviews and ratings before I decided who I am going to give my business to, so I thought since this company has really good ratings and I should call them. Considering the fact that I called and left two voicemails with two different people and never got a return call until the next day. What’s even better is that when I got the return call, they did not even leave a voicemail. I tried to call back and had to leave another voicemail with the number that called me back. I still have not received a call back from anyone to this minute. Looks like I will be giving my business to another company because they obviously don’t need it.

Mid winter of 2012 we had a water heater bust that flooded our entire carpeted basement, we tried self cleaning and to no avail a few weekes later the smell of mold and mildew from the carpets was overwhelming. We contacted Blue Sky to come clean the carpets, they showed up on time, pretrated, cleaned, stainguarded and deodorized the carpet in phenomenonal time while doing a fantastic job. All charges were covered upfront with no hidden fees and at a much lower cost than quotes I received from competitors. Since they did such a great job I have had their company back to clean the carpets, sectional sofa and area rugs in our entire home several times. Every time they have removed all kid and pet stains wih no reoccuring smells at a great cost while providing top customer service in a convient and timely manner! Thanks Walter and Chasity!
