Magali and Odyseey did a fantastic job on our deep clean, the house is sparkling! They arrived right on time, were friendly with our dogs and were very professional and thorough. We are very happy with the results.

Miranda, Melinda and Kayla were amazing and my home has never looked better!

Mary Kate & Shelby were wonderful! Having two cats and a dog really makes my house hard to maintain but they tackled everything in record time. Will definitely be having their service done again if/when I fall behind on maintenance!

Molly Maid cleans weekly at our business in downtown Cincinnati. They are always professional, friendly, and do a great job!

They do a great job every time. Brooklynn and Molly are always punctual, friendly, and clean my house thoroughly. I can definitely tell the difference after they’ve been here 😊 Setting up my account, scheduling, and overall communication have also been great.

Molly Ain't No Maid

Molly couldn't make it, "J" and "T" came in her stead. As reflected by the uploaded photos, "J" and "T" can hardly be called maids. Brief cleaning instructions were given via phone, computer and in-person; execution, on the gals' behalf, was shabby. To be fair, "T" caught up with a friend on the phone immediately after I parsed my instructions in-person. "T's" phone call lasted, at least, until I left the unit 10 minutes later... Perhaps "T" was distracted.

I can’t find enough words to say Thank you for such a wonderfully Fantastic Job both Mariah and Julie did for my Home . They have exceeded all expectations I had and more. They were thorough and sooooo super friendly and worked around all my obstacles in the home preparing to move and list my home for sale. They understood this and were so accommodating. I am feeling so much better about my home and they cleaned like I would have if I were able to. No detail was left out… The girls are Hard workers and clearly love their job. That’s a hard combination to find anywhere. I highly recommend this company and especially my cleaning angels Mariah and Julie….Even the scheduler Christopher was super friendly arranging everything!!!! It was the most pleasant experience from the first call to their friendly professionalism of service… Again many thanks 🥹🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🏆🏅🥇

Our cleaning team was awesome! They cleaned for us after we moved into a new house that wasn't very tidy. They were so quick and thorough. Mogali and Silvana did a wonderful job!

I am generally quite satisfied with the service. Your personnel are pleasant and get right to work. At times it seems cleaners are rushing through the job, and we have occasionally had to remind of wiping down front storm door. Also it would be helpful to have an avenue of arrival times.

The Molly Maid crew came out on time and worked like a well-oiled machine! Both ladies cleaned our 4,000+ square foot house much faster and better than other companies we chose. They listened to our requests and asked questions we never thought of. I enjoy coming home after cleaning day because I know the house will be spotless!
