Tailored home solutions has been cleaning our home for ~5 months and has consistently done a great job! On time, professional and a quality job done on each clean.

This was a first time service for me, Ciara did a great job with communicating and made the process very smooth and comfortable! She lifted a lot of stress from my plate, highly recommend!

We have tried several home cleaning services and none of them compare to the quality and value offered by Tailored Home Solutions. Everyone at the company is responsive and kind. Carsyn has been our dedicated technician for a while now and we are so impressed with her thorough attention to detail. And to top it off - she is a friend to all of our cats and dogs! We feel very lucky to have her taking care of our weekly cleanings!

Ashley is amazing! She does a great job and she is a great person. Reo and Coco love her visits and they can’t wait for her to come back. We feel like we have a new house after every visit. Highly recommended Ashley and Tailored Home Solutions. THS is easy to work with and caters to our needs.

Tailored Home Solutions has been the best decision we ever made. They have been so easy to work with and it is like a breath of fresh air coming into the house after they clean. Anthony is amazing and is so easy to work with. There have been days when all of my kids are here when he is cleaning and it doesn’t phase him at all.

We love Tailored Home Solutions and have used them over a year since we started with a whole-home cleaning before we moved in (highly recommend!). Ashley, our recurring technician, is thorough, super responsive to feedback, and frequently goes above and beyond to do things like line up our daughter’s stuffed animals in her bed - our daughter loves the surprise every other week. I also appreciate that you can easily communicate with the home office to adjust a service including adding fridge, oven, etc.

I had a great experience with THS. Anthony, Marisa, and Cierra did an excellent job. Staff were always friendly, professional, and thorough. They helped us keep up with things over the course of a few months as we prepared for a move. I would highly recommend their services to those looking for reliable, effective cleaning.

Tailored Home Solutions has been so easy to work with! As a working mom, texting is better than phone for me when scheduling or planning my monthly clean. They were able to do that! Tiffanie does an amazing job. The price is right and they pay attention to details. Thank you!

From the initial intake call to job completion, THS was absolutely fantastic! Jennifer made sure I was placed with the right technician, Brandy, to match our post construction needs. Tiffanie does an awesome job—the best we've found in Cincinnati after moving back from NYC. She's professional, has great communication skills, is timely, and is careful about our instructions.

Brian is outstanding and understood the challenges of a Victorian house. I addition Hospice home care is here and he worked around that

Anthony really makes this place look nice. It's clear he's going above and beyond to keep order here.
Not only are the normal cleaning tasks completed but he takes the time to organize things nearly also (like settling the therapy bear so he's ready to jump into action).

Had a wonderful experience! I had never had our home cleaned before and found the whole process great. So nice to have the house deep cleaned before the Holidays!

WE LOVE MADISAN! Madisan is our lead cleaner as we call her. She super friendly and polite, and great with our animals (two pups and a kitty cat) when we’re away, and easy to move around if you’re home during her clean. She always does a fantastic job and takes extra care of our priority areas like the couch and the floors. The THS staff is always very responsive and easy to schedule with as well.

I’ve now been using Tailored Home Solutions for a year and couldn’t be more happy with the service. Tiffanie not only does a great job cleaning my home, she is also always on time and always thoughtful and courteous. She keeps me in the know for anything she needs or if there is anything in the house I should be aware of. I look forward to coming home after she’s been here. I highly recommend this company!

I was looking for a bi-weekly cleaning service for my new house annd a few of my new neighbors highly recommended Tailored Home Services, and now I know why. From the very start, everything has been incredibly timely, detailed and professional - including follow-ups, scheduling and securing the details about many home and household. Brandy was amazing on the initial deep clean and walked me through everything she did and cleaned, even pointing out where previous cleaners had obviously missed or skipped - so I knew my post closing / electric work / painting / move-in home was CLEAN and ready for me to live in. Now Anthony is my regular technician and he’s amazing - as a human and a cleaning professional. My dog absolutely adores him, greets him at the door with a toy, and follows him around “supervising” when I’m not there; and I ALWAYS have a clean, fresh house when he’s done. I love that all of the technicians are background-checked and bonded, and that I can also add additional services (appliance cleaning, wet-cleaning baseboards, etc.) if needed. And they’re also flexible for other related services if they know in advance - plus a complimentary annual deep clean is always an awesome perk. Transparently, the prices aren’t economy-level, but you definitely get what you pay for and Tailored Home Services is absolutely worth the premium.
