I would not recommend this company....they came out to service AC that went out, they did come the same day, but they replaced a capacitor without getting approval or giving me a price quote prior to doing the work. Then proceeded to charge me $339: $185 for a capacitor that retails at $30 and $156 of labor for 30 minutes of work. Price gouging at its finest!! Always give/get a quote prior to work being done, otherwise it is just bad business.

Beware! HMAC installed the hvac systems in my new build. Kids rooms are off by several degrees from the master bedroom, so something wasn’t calculated/sized correctly. They did try to fix it but it was never resolved satisfactorily. However, that isn’t why I give them a negative review, which I hardly ever do. About 2 years after the install, I noticed water damage under the unit in our attic. I checked the condensate drain and one of the PVC joints was never glued. No glue residue, fitting rotated and could be easily pulled apart. A ton of mould under it from just one season of AC. Anyways they had the gaul to come out and blame me for “bumping” it even though it was clearly not sealed. They “fixed it” and tried to charge me ~$390, which I refused. Fast forward to the next summer…leak came back, same joint, it actually wasn’t even fixed even though they tried to charge me for it. This time I just fixed it myself, along with a second round of water damage on my ceiling.

Great customer service from the owners to service tech. Would recommend them to anyone needing hvac work. Cherry on top, they were also the lowest of all my estimates.
