We used them for cistern cleaning a second time. They did a great job. However, they raised their prices more than double within the last 2 years. We paid $775 less than 2 years ago and now the price is $1750. We were not told of the price increase until after they began the service. Get a quote before service is begun. They do good work but there are other cistern cleaning companies that charge half the price.

I was referred to CJ plumbing by a client, who was very pleased with their work.
I had a dishwasher installed and was exceptionally pleased with their work. They were very professional yet very friendly. Skip and his crew do great work and stayed to make sure everything was working properly. I certainly recommend these folks 5 stars in my book Roy Loomis

We woke up to a busted water heater with water everywhere. We messaged the most professional secretary and asked if Scott could help us out. He immediately came to the rescue and basically went above and beyond to find us a water heater and make sure it was installed that day even though the water heater was a hard find and it was a Saturday. Scott and his crew were wonderful and professional! We appreciated EVERYTHING! Thanks guys.

To find an honest plumber is rare. To find one who is also professional, fully outfitted with the latest equipment, describes the problem in understandable language and charges fairly for the work done is even more rare. And, to find him in Bracken County, KY is almost a miracle!

I am reluctant to give Scott such a glowing endorsement. I needed him in an emergency and he responded within a couple of hours. And, I only found Scott after four other plumbers were "too busy or simply never answered the phone at all. If too many others find out about the excellent service I got, he might not be available next time I need him. So, let's keep C & J our little secret, OK?

Let’s face it one of the biggest stresses in homeownership is plumbing problems and the guys at C&J came to the rescue. The main line to our septic system was clogged and causing a major backup, needless to say we needed service right away. Scott and his team were great, not only did they squeeze us in right away but the service was thorough, affordable and quick. I’ll be recommending them to everyone.

We are so glad that we found Scott when we did. We had a nasty clogged drain that backed up into to the basement THREE times. It was not until Scott checked the entire system and saw how the pipes were running that he could see why we had the problem and came up with a sensible and practical solution. He explained everything to us in a way that you knew he was considering the job as if he were doing the work to his own house. He and his team were neat and clean and very courteous. We also had two toilets and a faucet replaced. One of the toilets leaked and the team came back multiple times until it was right. Just like a good doctor, Scott called to make sure the toilet was no longer leaking. This is a great company, with great character and I highly recommend them.

We were in need of some plumbing work. The team at C&J were most professional and on time. They offered a great value for what they did. We had an old farm house with very old plumbing. They were able to get us fixed up without replacing everything. Highly recommended!

Scott from C&J Plumbing came out today and replaced my sump pump that was failing. He was a great down to earth guy who was genuine about taking care of me as his customer. He not only replaced my sump pump (at HALF of the cost quoted by another local plumber), he trouble-shooted the issue that caused the sump pump failure and determined an affordable solution to keep me from having to replace my pump every couple of years. Scott has earned a life-long customer and I would HIGHLY recommend him as a trusted source for all your plumbing needs.

We needed immediate service for an issue and C&J was on the job in less than a half hour. The whole crew was exceptionally courteous, efficient, and tidy. Trust them with your business.

We had a major clog in the kitchen sink. Nothing we tried on our own worked. We called several people that we found online and by word of mouth and NO ONE returned our calls. I called and left a message with C & J after expanding my Google search beyond Maysville. The owner called me back within 5 minutes and came out first thing the next morning. The clog was much more than a clog and probably took a lot longer than expected but they kept us informed the entire time. They have a customer for life and we will highly recommend them to others as well.

We had a pretty big leak in an old frost free hydrant in our barn. We made calls to several local plumbers, most of which never returned our calls. Scott answered immediately and made it out same day to inspect our leak and provide a quote. He and his team showed up first thing the next morning to take care of the leak. They were professional, informative, and the quote was spot on. Scott's responsiveness won him the job, but the great work of him and his team won lasting customers. From Scott to the three amazing guys that came out to save the week--- I couldn't have been more impressed and grateful. Scott went above and beyond to get me taken care of after my house warranty pushed me to the side. He made us a priority after we waited for days with others... his guys showed up the very next day and saved the week. Had sewage back-up in the basement from a bad clog.... another company came out and couldn't handle the job. My home warranty left me on my own after taking my money. Scott was a random find on google looking for a plumber.... I am beyond grateful he answered my call. I can't thank him enough. Or his team -- Skip, Jesse and Jordan went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. They even talked to my little girls which made them feel like they were very special. I really feel they took extra time to make sure things were fixed and set up so if anything ever happened again, it wouldn't be nearly as intrusive as it was this time. The girls keep asking me to call them to come back and fix little things... and to help with finish their puzzle. For people to go out of their way to not only help me, but acknowledge my daughters too... that says more than enough. They treat you like family. I immediately saved their numbers in my phone for any other repair that might come up. Without a doubt these guys are the best. Skip the name brand "famous" companies out there... Scott and his team will get the job done - better, faster, and more efficiently. They actually care about you and your family. -- and don't even hesitate to talk horses and dolphins with your kids :)

I am giving 3 stars because of the high service fee. The guys who came for a consultation about a noise in pipes were very helpful. I live in northern Cincinnati and the service fee was twice the typical rate. I feel I should have been told that I would get an “out of area” surcharge when I booked. I realize I should have clarified the fee, so that is my mistake.

Scott and his crew came out within 20 minutes to my mother's home and fixed her water leak that she's had for about a month. I highly recommend the company for any plumbing repairs. Very professional respectful and did a great job. Thank you Scott and crew!!!

Had them out to inspect our septic systems. They were there for 15 minutes and charged $390. That's over $1,000 an hour.

The owner walked around and said I'd bet they leech field is over here. His employee took the cover off one lid and said it needs to be pumped.

Awesome pricing and fast service Guillermo was our tech and he came in did the job in a quick timely manner. Had the wayer heater replaced and for the price compared to other quotes was phenomenal almost a full 2k less than other quotes I received

I had a great experience with C&J plumbing. Troy was extremely helpful and took the time to explain what he was doing within my home. Troy even noticed my neighbor needed a jump and took the time to help her with her dead battery! Overall great experience and great people. Highly recommend!

I had a bad septic problem. My tank was buried three feet deep. I called C & J Plumbing and they were ready to help.

They were at my house quickly and had the equipment to solve the problem. Everything was taken care of to my satisfaction within 4 hours of their arrival. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The price was more than fair. If I could give them six stars I would. I cannot say enough good things about these people.

Let me say at the outset that I may still be in the middle of repairing my septic system, so this is a review in progress. Having said this, I'll say that I believe that I am working with people who are fair and honest. The work crew seems knowledgeable and competent. That covers the bases for me: fair, honest, knowledgeable, competent. I would be glad to recommend C & J to anyone.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I found C&J Plumbing through Google when my other plumber didn't show. I sent them a message on Sunday and the very first thing Monday morning, Chad calls me, we discussed the problem. He had a crew at my house within an hour and the service was great. The workers were courteous! I would highly recommend these guys for your plumbing needs!

I had C&J replumb a shower and kitchen during a remodel and I could not be more thrilled with their pricing, timeliness, quality, and speed at which they completed the work.
