Service technician Dave, did an excellent job servicing our heat pump unit. Explained everything I needed to do to keep it running smoothly in between service calls. Price was very fair, and would definitely recommend ! Also, no high pressure sales pitches, that you get from some companies.

He discussed potential threats and made recommendations throughout and went over them once again prior to completion. Sweet Life Heating & Cooling will always be my "go-to" for any HVAC issues occurring in my home.

Had my furnace time up the service person Blake was thorough and did necessary tune up as needed also sold me on a membership. Jessica and the team were great I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the exceptional service. Client service is always super important to me. Sweet life was all of that (top level and yes they were).

I am very appreciative of the service I received from beginning to end! Customer service is a lost art but Sweet Life got it right! Dave the service tech was awesome and knowledgeable I’m certain he gave me good information about my A/C. I sincerely wanted to leave my review because of the awesome experience I received. I like the rewards program they have available to help you stay on top of your unit service. I truly believe if you take care of your “stuff” it will take care of you! Both my furnace and A/C (Rheem) are 20 years old. My neighbor recommended Sweet Life now I will do the same. Call them!

Mark was great to work with. Not only knowledgeable and professional, he was patient in answering questions and explaining information and also friendly and polite. I appreciated his promptness and his responsiveness. The people I spoke with on the phone were also courteous and helpful. I was very pleased to have my AC taken care of so quickly. Definitely service with a cherry on top! I will recommend to family and friends.

I've used Sweet Life since they were still Poston Bros Heating and Cooling, and I still got the same great service today. Mark came out to do a semi-annual checkup on my AC system and check into a couple of my concerns. He was very professional and patiently answered my questions. He assured me that my system is working as it should and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Thanks!

This company was great! They helped us with an emergency furnace repair on the day after Christmas in snowy weather which was a lifesaver. First, Christy was great and even called me to set up my appointment since I was having phone trouble! Dave was our repair tech and he was very nice, respectful, and fixed our problem quickly. He explained everything he was doing which was nice. He was honest and helpful and we are very appreciative. We signed up for the maintenance plan and will be using Poston Brothers from now on. I highly recommend this company!

Furnace went out at 10am. Called Sweet Life at 11am. Mark showed up at 12pm. Furnace was fixed and cleaned by 5:30pm. Mark was extremely professional, explaining everything he was doing and why. Sweet Life was prompt, professional, and performed the furnace repair to satisfaction. Thank you.

When we called to inquire on pricing, customer service was exceptional. That along with the fact they will put the service fee toward repairs was why we picked this company.
We've dealt with Dave, Christy, and Jay and our experience has been wonderful. These people actually care, and I find that to be more and more rare these days with companies. I highly recommend this company!

I'm editing this to add: We needed our entire indoor and outdoor unit replaced. Obviously less than a fun time for us, but dealing with such a caring company made it easier. As with every interaction with each individual in this company, the people installing our system were exceptional. They left the area cleaner than they found it and they were quick, efficient and friendly. We were definitely not just dollar signs here. The CEO (Jay) continued to offer us support and guidance at all hours of the day and night. I'm thankful it wasn't too warm while we were without AC, but Jay offered the loan of a portable unit if needed. I absolutely cannot stress how impressed I am with everyone in this company. I will be recommending Sweet Life to anyone in need of heating and cooling expertise without hesitation.

I recently had Sweet Life replace my AC and Furnace and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Have use Sweet Life/Poston for almost 3 years now. Mark came today and completed my AC annual check. He does a great job—punctual, great communication, and very respectful of the property. Very pleased with the maintenance agreement services and all techs I have encountered over the years. Communication is great from the office, to the tracking system, and face to face with the techs. Highly recommend.
