Service technician Dave, did an excellent job servicing our heat pump unit. Explained everything I needed to do to keep it running smoothly in between service calls. Price was very fair, and would definitely recommend ! Also, no high pressure sales pitches, that you get from some companies.

Had my furnace time up the service person Blake was thorough and did necessary tune up as needed also sold me on a membership. Jessica and the team were great I would recommend them to anyone. Dave the service tech was awesome and knowledgeable I’m certain he gave me good information about my A/C. I sincerely wanted to leave my review because of the awesome experience I received. I like the rewards program they have available to help you stay on top of your unit service. I truly believe if you take care of your “stuff” it will take care of you! Both my furnace and A/C (Rheem) are 20 years old. My neighbor recommended Sweet Life now I will do the same. Call them! Thanks for giving me peace of mind with my service!
Mark was great to work with. Not only knowledgeable and professional, he was patient in answering questions and explaining information and also friendly and polite. I appreciated his promptness and his responsiveness. The people I spoke with on the phone were also courteous and helpful. I was very pleased to have my AC taken care of so quickly.
