My water heater went out due to stupid neglect, but thankfully Next GEN did a great job working with me and getting me a water heater. Jill, Christina, Cody and the whole team are wonderful and highly recommended.

Had a minor issue with a plumbing situation and they went above and beyond to resolve it Immediately. Highly recommend!

We use Next Generation anytime we have plumbing problems and we’ve had our fair share. The plumbers & service are top tier. Secondly they are very reasonable. I highly recommend 5⭐️

They are the absolute best! They are prompt in coming when you need them, they are always professional and they do good work.

The 2 gentlemen that showed up were professional, courteous and did very good work. Would have given them 10-stars. However, as a whole, the support team in the office leaves a lot to be desired. Do not expect any kind of customer service or assistance from "JILL". She will cut you off mid sentence, finish your sentence for you and start explaining something way off base from the topic you are trying to clarify. Did not take long to realize we were not going anywhere with her. Bid farewell and sad to say, with an employee like her in your back office, I would not want to deal with your company again. **Additional Comment-5/31 - Thank you for the response Next Generation. The tech did a good job and we were pleased with the work. However, he left black goo and fingerprints on the cabinet where he was working. Price seemed a bit high at $115 per hour, but I suppose that is just what you have to pay.

Tech told me that they gave a military discount, so that sounded good. When I got the bill, they gave me $8 off of a $260 bill, which is about 3%. Guess they didn't appreciate the 20+ years I spent in the Corps.

had a septic tank issue was told by the people that came that there was no way I had caused the problem in the time I had been in the house. They then proceeded to tell my landlord that it was my fault so that he could charge me for it!

They came to our house in Stamping Ground and fixed our drainage pipes. They got the job done, but for the work they accomplished I was not pleased with a bill of $2500. I think they worked slow and "milked" us. We will never be back.

After having them come out to inspect a home before buying, they did do good work, however our top priority was making sure the sewer drain was clear and would not cause any issues when we move. We were given the clear, so we bought the house; we began to have intermittent clogs that would come and go, soaking the floor in water from the walls. We called them back the following month, however my husband had to work, so I was home alone. I was told that they could not find a course of the clog, despite running it back past the street. I was charged $150 for the trouble; I did not feel that I was taken seriously or respected. We called a different company who used a camera and found a problem within minutes of arriving; he determined that the problem should have been found immediately. After calling Next Generation Plumbings office with my concerns, I was told that they would get back to me, however it has been almost a week with no call back or apologies.

Never received a call back

Best plumbing co. In frankfort hands down...

$95 per hr and they don't know how to estimate when work is specified

Said they would be there today to fix a problem at one of my duplexes in Lawerenceburg Ky never showed up never called not very professional.

I called the company because my house got flooded and I asked them to figure out where the problem was. In the middle of the inspection, the plumber was called off to a "more urgent job" . Apparently a flooded house is not an emergency in their books. Never finished the job and left because the office said so.
