Matt from the Frankfort location of Tom Drexler did a great job! We had a whole home reverse osmosis water filter installed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. We’ve been very pleased with the results!

If I could give a negative -5 star review I absolutely would. I called in a frenzy yesterday, I run a business that is heavily dependent on proper drainage. My drain is clogged and has been since Friday. With a high sense of urgency I express early Monday morning I need someone to my business as quick as humanly possible. I explain in detail that my drain is clogged. I am told no problem, they would be out Tuesday. I then have to wait yet another day, just to be called first thing Tuesday morning & advised that my “clogged drain” is not within their scope of business. Are you kidding me? Clogged drains are not part of your daily operations? Also, how did you not know that you couldn’t handle a clogged drain the day prior when I called? Absolutely terrible business practices. Thank goodness for Whithead-Hancock coming to save the day. I would avoid this business as my personal experience was a 0/10!!
