George is great help. He will come out all hours of the day or night to get the job done. Not only is he and his crew fast, but they came in way under budget and did not charge me the difference!!

AC went out after hours and they responded right away. We had someone at our house within the hour and the problem was resolved soon after. He was very friendly and talked through all of the issues as he worked. Highly recommend.

They came and installed my generator chase and his help cj was awsome to work with George the owner made this task very easy with no headaches top notch company would recommend any day of the week

William was our electrician . He was awesome. Knowledgeable, fast and a very friendly man. We WILL be using this company again and will request him. We called yesterday late afternoon and he was here at 7am this morning! Everyone else had at least a 2 week waiting period. Hiller said 2 months because they didn't consider it a priority! Brite Electric did the electrical work when we replaced our 120 gallon hot water heater with an “instant hot” hot water heater. It was pretty involved but they did a beautiful job and my son no longer uses all the hot water!
We, then, had them move and replace/repair some switches and put in a new breaker box. George is really smart about stuff we didn’t even know that we needed to know!
They did such a great job that we called on them again when we had an issue with our dishwasher in our condo. My husband and son (who are actually pretty smart and good at fixing stuff) couldn’t figure out the issue. It literally took Brite 10 seconds to figure it out!
We will never use anyone else for our electrical needs.

So excited, my Generac has been set. Britt Electric has been great to work with.Such a comforting feeling to know it will be there when needed!

Chaise was on time & very courteous. He explained procedures & steps that were being taken to isolate & rectify the problem. This young man is an asset to Brite Electric & I do hope in the future that he to will be the proprietor of his own company.

Mr. Blevens came highly recommended by Generac and rightfully so. We talked to George about needing a generator & 1 week after our generator was installed. Others were telling us it would be 6 months as the generators were on back order.He is very personable, efficient & honest. 4 months after installation he popped in to check on our generator & install the Wi-Fi extender. The generator had apparently shut off. He told us this, got it restarted & restarted our annual maintenance agreement. He did not have to do this. I haven’t seen this kind of excellent customer service in a long time. Thank you & I will be recommending him to everyone.

This Company has some very fine and professional employees. They were very considerate of my property and did a very good job servicing my unit. I will highly recommend them. Thanks to George and his entire team.

I text Brite/Gen after my power went off and my generac started up in the middle of the night and sounded different than the biweekly exercise. They came out this morning, checked the unit and explained that exercise mode has a quiet mode and that was the difference.

I just purchased a GENERAC stand-by Generator from Bright-Gen, Inc.
The entire process was seamless from start to finish.
I met with George (the owner), he did an onsite inspection and provided a quote.
I approved it over the weekend. They started on Monday, worked Tuesday and came back on Thursday when the Inspector was available and to finish up.
I received a text prior to them coming telling me when they were going to arrive and what they were going to do. They were on time and I did not have one (1) issue the entire time.
I am very pleased with my purchase!

George and his crew made the buying experience painless. After getting the generator connected to the house, we experienced a code with the generator. Chaise, the installer responded quickly to address the issue. He even called me on a Saturday after installation and informed me that the code issue had not been corrected and that he was at my residence to fix the issue. To me, that is excellent customer service. In addition to great customer service, the total installation cost came in less than quoted. George and the crew deserve 10 stars!!! These are some of the best people you’ll ever meet and their work is the best you’ll ever find. They did the electric work for my new pool/deck and WOW!! George worked with my schedule and was always available to answer any questions I had at any time. It’s so hard to find people who go above and beyond. Thank you all for being the BEST at it!!!

Shysters charged me more than double their quote. Said it would take them 4 hrs of labor. Milked it into an all day job. I supplied all conduit and proper boxes. When they forgot to put the expansion joint on (after everything was put together) they of course had to cut the box off and replace it with the expansion joint and a new box. So instead of putting on the proper box they put one on that has a hole in the top of it. The wires are exposed inside the hole (See picture posted) and of course he charged me for another box and more labor. Contacted George and he said he would be out the next day to cap the box. He never showed up. Your only as good as your word. Don't trust these people. I will never use them again. Get your quote on paper cause their word is trash. Original quote was $600 to $800 over the phone. The next quote yall came out and verified the job and said that it can be done at that price. Then the bill was $1700.00.

They came out and rewired my house. They were prompt in getting me on their schedule. The staff was respectful of my time as they had to work around my schedule. I’ll always choose Brite Electric for all my electric services.

Mr McCutchen rewired our home and upgraded from 100 to 200 with surge protector. Excellent work ! Thank you!

Currently working with McCutchen on a panel replacement, ground install, and some rewiring. Consultation was excellent, and I noticed they need more Google reviews.

I will update the review when the service is finished, but so far these guys seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful

Father in law contacted Mr. McCutchen to establish connection to a building that was under construction, performed a site survey and was told he would get a materials list together and provide it to us so we could purchase the items and start laying the conduit and digging the trench. We waited a week and attempted to contact him again with no response. Trying to keep our business local but had to contact a company out of Nashville to complete the hook up.
