Drayton Roddy came out today,
He did everything he could to get the unit going, and he did an outstanding job! Didn’t get the complete results I wanted but, old ac units are just that! I will have heat this winter.

A+ on everything. My upstairs is finally cool after 5 years of mediocre heat or a/c. Everything is nice and neat and well out together. Thank you Charle, Brandon and the rest of the Chilly Ben’s team.

My a/c went out on a Sunday the day before I was leaving for Hawaii. They came out and worked with me.They had my unit in by Tuesday. I live in summer county Tennessee and they are out of Franklin Ky so that was cool of them do have jumped on this and help me out . They are very nice people and very respectful. Just want to give yall a big shout out and say thank you so much Charlie, Brandon and Ben yall did a amazing job

Absolutely one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Right from my first phone call with inquiries, to the set-up of an appointment (which was made at a time most convenient for me), to the text messages letting me know the serviceman was on his way, to the actual service call - everything was professional, clear, and customer-oriented.

The serviceman was polite, thorough, and respectful. We had recently moved into our house and needed the HVAC system explained to us and checked out. John was very thorough, and patiently and fully answered all of our questions and explained everything he did, even providing pictures. He made recommendations for lowering energy costs and raising efficiency.

I could not be more pleased with the service provided, or the reasonable, realistic costs. I highly recommend this company!!

After not having air for 3-4 days, our technician David promptly came by and diagnosed the issue and knew what needed to be fixed/replaced. Today he came by with the replacement part and installed it... we now have cool air in the house. Awesome job!

Very impressed. From the time of call, I had a technician on site within 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, quality control checked the system, all within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable in my opinion. Will absolutely use again when needed.

Great experience with Chilly Ben’s! Very easy to work with. Communication was amazing as they text a reminder the day before and day of with a pic of the installer. Jacob and crew did a smooth and professional installation and answered all our questions.

I can’t recommended this company enough. For the 3 prior service calls for my old unit, they were out the next morning, fixed the problems and charged a reasonable fee. I finally had to replace that unit. Again, next day service, worked with me on a good finance plan, and had new unit installed in 2 days, taking only the morning for the install. The guys that did the install were great! Very professional, well trained, and did excellent work.

My technician Ben showed up in time and solved my pretty vague issue quickly. Was very professional and personable. The price was fair for the work done and will happily recommend this company to anyone needing any HVAC services done.
