The technician that Chilly Ben’s sent out, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I have used Chilly Ben’s for years, and have always been satisfied with their service. In my humble opinion, they are the best team around for all your air conditioning needs.

We had a great experience with Chilly Ben's. We live in a historic home and our AC & furnace needed to be replaced. They came out quickly and took the time to explain the issues with our AC unit. Their quote was reasonable and the service was exceptional. They got all of the work done in a day and we couldn't be happier with our new unit. I highly recommend Chilly Ben's for anyone looking for reliable and professional HVAC services!

Charlie was our tech! Super nice down to earth guy answered all my questions. All the guys were extremely nice and Ben was here as well! Also a down to earth guy. Great experience so far.

Brandon and Jacob were both amazing hard workers. They both answered any questions I had and complimented each other well. After working all day on the complete install of my new ac and heater unit I am very pleases about my purchase . The whole experience from beginning to end was professional and timely. I called this morning, and had someone at my house by 12:30. Josh was fantastic! He explained everything, and made sure I understood and agreed before proceeding.

I put in a service call with Chilly Ben’s and they offered to have a technician out the same day, but I asked for the next morning and that was fine. The technician rolled up with Patsy Cline playing in the truck at a healthy volume, which I very much appreciated. He was nice as he could be, fixed the problem l was having with a mini split and then cleaned and tested the main heat exchanger for under $200. I will call them again if I have any other HVAC problems.

Chilly Bens has always been promt, polite and professional, we just had them install a new AC and furnace. Ben came out to make sure of what we needed and within 2 days they were here installing our new equipment, Charlie and Brandon were absolutely amazing, explaining everything they did, kept everything neat and tidy and finished off explaining how everything works. The whole system is just amazing! Thankyou Chilly Bens for your fast response in getting us a new system and a warm house! We will continue to use them for all our hvac needs now

My furnace stopped working on a Saturday morning. I called Chilly Ben’s and a technician, Joshua came out and fixed the problem within 2 hours.
Chilly Ben’s has always provided prompt and complete service.

The tech, Drayton did a great job. He was very nice and explained everything to us. We have a small leak which required a couple of lbs of refrigerant. He told us just to let them know if we need anything else. We appreciate the prompt service on a very hot and holiday weekend.

We will definitely be using y’all in the future when we have to purchase a new unit.

We were treated right by everyone at Chilly Ben's from Andrew who diagnosed our old unit, Logan Beck the project manager who gave me estimates and a good price, to the person who booked the initial appointment, and all the technicians that came out to the house, including Colin, Brandon and Charlie. I whole-heartedly recommend this company.

Andrew took the time to explain what was wrong with our old unit and gave me a price if I wanted to go the repair route, including sending pictures to my email. When we decided it wasn't worth repairing, Logan promptly came to explain options, including just a furnace or a whole system. He gave me plenty of options and worked hard to meet our needs. He also reserved me an install date for two days later when we were still deciding between Chilly Ben's and another company and was willing to keep responding to texts when I was still trying to figure out what I wanted at 9 pm. While he was eager to make a sale, there was no hard sell. Logan took the time to answer all my questions without talking down to me.

The technicians were professional, arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and went out of their way to be patient and kind to my special needs son. They wanted to make sure I was happy with everything they did and were just good people. They cleaned up all their mess and explained how everything worked. Unlike some other companies, I never felt like they were in a hurry to get it done (rather than getting it done right).

The Amana system looks great and with a ten year parts and labor warranty, and a one year buy back guaranty, I am confident we made a good investment. But if we need help in the future, I am also confident that everyone at Chilly Ben's will treat us right.

Josh was our technician and he was willing to take the time to explain all options available to us before taking any action. He did not try to sell us more than was necessary for our present needs.

David came out the next morning after I called with my ac unit pouring out water. He made sure everything was working properly and then thanks to having a service agreement, it didn't cost an outrageous amount. Thank you chilly Ben's for taking care of me. Great company and I highly recommend this company.

They came by noon the same morning I called. They identified the problem, fixed the problem and my home is comfortable again. I also signed up for regular servicing to keep my unit in top condition. I’m well pleased with Chilly Ben’s service!

Joshua did a great job. He informed me of everything he was doing and gave me advice for the winter months to help keep my unit running correctly. He also got me signed up for the cozy club,which seems like it pays for itself. Thanks again, Joshua, I appreciate you coming out.

Our central unit went out on Sunday and they had our new unit installed by Tuesday. They even provided us with heaters to use so we could stay at home. Everyone involved was on time, very knowledgeable and courteous. They weren’t leaving until they made sure everything was working properly and we had no questions.

Having the annual maintenance plan is a blessing. Joshua Hudson provided excellent customer care. He was very knowledgeable. I appreciate the awesome communication. Brenda in the office is always so kind and patient.
