Sold me a shed and after I paid for it they delivered a different repo shed. It was smaller and not what I bought. When I tried to talk to them about it they said the one I bought was someone else. Please don't go through the stress of doing business with them.

Stopped in June 1st. No one was in the office, I called the number listed on their sign. Spoke to Rhonda, I let her know I was there to buy a building or order a custom one. She told me her computer was down and had no information at the moment then silence. I asked if someone was there that day she said her computer was down and had no information then silence. I asked should I try later in the day, tomorrow but she just hung up. The buildings look like quality products but not impressed with service. I understand computers go down but at least get the person's name and number, then call them back when system's are up again.

Update: yes I was at shed squad, on hwy 25 just past 460, sign on the office door said shed squad. Might have misheasquad ladies name but I was at shed squad.

Great experience with Shed Squad! Vernon and Troy were great to work with and Silas did an awesome job on the delivery. We had issues with our HOA and Vernon was very understanding and bent over backwards to work with us. I would definitely recommend them.

Awesome quality! Vernon was able to get a custom built shed delivered and set up within about 30 days. Excellent service and very well made buildings, if your looking for a quality shed, look no further! Henry the delivery guy was also able to get it set up within and hour and a half. A Plus!

Delivery was a little rocky at first but they made everything right and got it to me promptly on my next available day. The sales team and customer service was great and very easy to work with. The shed is also a much higher quality than expected for the price and exactly as described online and in photos!

Won't be buying our shed from this dealer. They were not attentive or interested in us becoming customers. Emailed that they enjoyed meeting us and we had never been to the lot. I called and emailed and had to follow up to get info. I'll take my business somewhere where my time is valued and wanted.

Delivery was fantastic and quick. This was beginning of May 2022. Made payment for delivery and final payment on shed to driver. Awesome guy. 6 months go by and get a call from Lauren. First she states we still owe 3686.00 how would we like to resolve this. Advised her nothing to resolve we paid in full. She then ask if we have proof that the checks cleared. Advised her that’s not my responsibility but we will check and let her know. From her email they only documented one payment so now the balance was 4000.00. We send proof of payment and pictures of payment and when it cleared. This was 4 days ago. No thank you or sorry for the inconvenience and confusion. Appreciate the help resolving our issue. Mabey an employee trying to scam money who knows. Your welcome Lauren.

I had the best experience start to finish. I’ve done a lot of improvement to my house over the past year and these guys were the most professional people I’ve felt with. John organized everything from delivery to building the my platform for my cabin. Best costumer experience a person can have!

I bought a shed last year. It was a great experience. The delivery was on time. And the shed was dropped exactly where I wanted it. They were very responsive when I had questions, and the shed has been a huge help. It’s been water-tight in the winter and the big spring rain storms.

We went in and purchased a shed and did the paperwork. They sent us an email of the payment schedule. The lady then tells us she won't sell us the shed for the advertised price of 6594.30. It's now 8300.00! She states the paper in the shed was wrong.we looked at there page online and showed her it's listed online as well for the same price of 6594.30. She told us it's wrong and she won't sell it under 8300.00. she refused to call a manager in front of us

This summer when my cheap metal shed was demolished by a tree, I knew it was time to upgrade. I went online and laid out what I wanted for my new shed. So when I went to Shed Squad, the process was quick. I picked colors to match my house. Designed where the windows and double door would go. The delivery was amazing to watch and promptly on time. I have had nothing but compliments on my new shed. I wouldn't hesitate in the least to purchase again from Shed Squad.

Working with Vernon and Troy has been absolutely wonderful. Vernon's caring and attention to detail made all the difference in the World. Compared to Tuff Shed, Shed Squad offers a superior product, built by reliable and hardworking people. I feel blessed that Jason at Tuff Shed never returned my calls on their overpriced and inferior products because I never would have met Vernon the general manager at Shed Squad in Georgetown otherwise.

You can look around if you want to, but you will never find the quality of this workmanship any other place. Ask for Vernon; I believe he is the general manager (or equivalent). Superior products at Shed Squad at a better price. I purchased two (2) units!

Love my new She Shed. We recently put in a pond area and the landscaping is not yet complete. The beautiful shed from Shed Squad Georgetown KY is perfect for my garden and pond needs. Great sales people, friendly scheduler, great delivery and the shed is excellent quality! I am extremely happy with my Christmas in July present. I will enjoy it for many years to come. Akers lawn care was beyond professional and made us feel beyond comfortable choosing them for our project! Besides for the price being fantastic, the homely feeling, the caring they provide to want to do exactly what and how we wanted it while also adding in suggestions was excellent I’d recommend this business to anyone and everyone at any time!

Akers lawn care did an amazing job. They came in and put a retaining wall around our AC unit and help level out the ground on the side of our house.

Jody and the crew fixed my drainage issue and designed and constructed our patio to flow with our deck and landscaping. Quality, precision work! Would recommend them for any job and would do business with them again!

Called day before requested snow removal said he could be here between 9am-10am. Never showed up. He texted and emailed all of a sudden that he was too busy and unavailable? (Called central turf and was put immediately on the schedule to get done the same day.)
