Called on a Friday @4:30 pm with a major water leak near the water meter. Gary was here within a half an hour and got right to work to do the repairs. Did the repair and charged us a very reasonable amount for the work.
I highly recommend KyPlumber and they will be our go to plumber for life.

I will always call KY Plumber for anything related to my water/pipes. They are extremely friendly and considerate of my schedule. I have had to call on two occasions, and both times they gave me great suggestions, and made sure I was "educated" prior to leaving...In other words, Gary would share additional info with tips on how to handle certain things to help prevent or look out for situations. Great group to have when needed!

Very friendly an knowledgeable. Our sink was backed up and Gary was able to come out quickly and got it draining again (even though it was the weekend). I have him in my contacts and will definitely call again when I need a plumber.

I recently had a leaky facet that exceeded my expertise level. I did a search for a plumber, and although KY Plumber only had a small number of reviews, all were positive.

I can tell why all were positive! I had a great experience with KY Plumber. Their rates were very reasonable and they didn't gouge me on the little things. As he fixed my problem, he took the time to explain what he was repairing and why he was repairing it.

I had a toilet flange repair. Gary come out and was able to repair the flange correctly where the toilet sat level on the floor. Something that Ball Homes was unable to do. The repair was done quick, some instruction on care going forward, and cleaned up after job was complete. I have to say one of the best experiences with a plumber I have had. Thank You.

Hiring new contractors can be scary, but Gary and his son gems. I had a huge list of items that needed work - they investigated, talked through all the repairs, took pictures of before and after showing work, and were incredibly kind and respectful. Highly recommend.

Quick, dependable, and trustworthy!!! I will definitely call them again if I have any future plumbing problems. I had a huge waterline leak. The owner came out to the house and ensured the water was shut off at the meter, scheduled his team to start digging the next morning, fixed the issue, and ensured the area was cleaned up prior to leaving the job site. Overall cost was less than his rough estimate. I definitely recommend this company for any plumbing issues you may have.

We had an appointment for 3:30 for KY Plummer to come out. But the guy called me at 9:30 and said he could come out to take care of it. It took him 45min and 142 dollars later, we have a new shiny pipe and no leak. I am super impressed and astounded at a how fast, cheap, efficient and beautiful it all was. I highly recommend KY Plummer.

The plumbing issue we had was not nearly as catastrophic as I had anticipated. They could have come in and torn out walls and charge me thousands of dollars and I would not have been surprised. Fortunately their expertise and great customer service exceeded my expectations. Within an hour they had my issue fixed and the cost wasn't much more than a nice dinner for a family of 4 would be. Gary and Jordan worked on my job and did excellent! They worked well with all the constraints that the Home Warranty put on them and was able to have everything covered with their excellent documentation and making multiple calls back and forth with the adjuster. I will highly recommend KY and will be using them again for sure!

We are fortunate to have a company like KY Plumber here in our area. I had a couple problems to take on which I was unsure on how to handle. KY Plumber came out and took care of everything while giving me a bit of knowledge which I can use to help maintain the shower and toilet to help avoid future problems. These guys are professional, extremely proficient in their work and do not leave any type of mess when completed.
