Great customer relations. Always arrive when they say they will. I have had an urgent matter arise on 2 separate occasions and they were able to meet my needs in < 24 hrs. Every employee I have met has been polite and great at what they do. For sure my go to for all things electric.

I'm only giving them one star because there's nothing lower incomplete and sloppy work work. Tried to jack up the price at the end find someone else!

Called Reliable Electric and they sent two electricians same day to update smoke alarms at our residence
They were very knowledgeable and made some suggestions for better coverage in our home

We had an emergency over 4th of July weekend. Called Reliable and spoke with a very helpful on-call staff member. She got Zack out to our place, on Lake Barkley, not a close drive at all. He was extremely professional from the minute he got to our place. He was empathetic to our situation and was basically able to coordinate an entire electric box/pole swap in a matter of hours. Including inspections and handling all calls to the electric company. Clean work, very respectful of our property. Zack, or another member of the Reliable team will be out in the following days to update our pole support by adding tension wire and needed updates to get our home safe as can be! We are so glad we called today!

Zach and Salvadore were awesome! They fixed a fan I had hoped to not have to replace and changed out a kitchen chandelier. Very efficient, neat, knowledgeable and nice! The estimate was less than half of other one from local company. They came out very quickly to accommodate my work schedule. They were great!!! Highly recommend!

Reliable Electric showed up during an electrical emergency and replaced the house main and electrical panel. They worked efficiently and professionally. Service techs Zack and Sal are polite, friendly, and incredibly professional. Cost of the job was incredibly reasonable. We will definitely use Reliable Electric in the future for all electrical needs.

I can’t even begin to explain how great this crew is! From begin to end on every level my expectations were beyond met. I opened a salon almost eight years ago and hired JD the owner, who installed everything with fine detail. Now I’ve created a beautiful new, much larger space and this crew blew it away! Always on time, clean and tidy, excellent customer service and beautiful work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. After their initial visit, our issue unfortunately reoccurred for reasons outside of their control. Without hesitation, they returned the very next day and did so with kindness making sure everything was fully resolved.
