Great experience! We had them take care of several difference repairs on a house and met or exceeded our expectations every time. We got estimates quickly, work was completed on time or early and even sent pictures each day showing progress.

Very unprofessional and terrible company. When buying a house, the sellers went with this company to do their electric work and when I hired a house inspector, he said that this was the work of an amateur and was done terribly. There were open active wires, no receptacles, and half the things were wired incorrectly. However, they came back a second time and fixed it.

They also hired them to service the HVAC. The first time, they didn't even check the right unit and claimed everything was okay. The second time (after I went to the house and confirmed there were problems with the unit) they went and fixed said problem but still did not do a thorough check of it and only fixed the problem I had mentioned. However, they stated that everything else was fine with the unit and I for some reason trusted that. Now I have a problem with the unit not 4 days after moving in and when asking them to look at it again, of course they are gonna charge another $100 after supposedly inspecting this unit 3 times already.

It's clear to me that they have very little expertise in what they do and seem to fix things shoddily, then expect you to pay more to get it fixed right. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever. Go with people who know what they're doing and that are more trustworthy.

I only gave a one star and I wouldn’t have gave the one star but I have no other option to click it. I highly would not recommend him to anyone. I have pictures of work that a four-year-old could’ve done better. I’ve asked him to come back and complete the job he refuses to so I threatened to take him to court as I plan on doing he did my electric and my plumbing I have a light flickering in my attic that Mr. Petty put in he was also hired to remodel my bathroom. You can take a shower and a bath at the same time The shower insert doesn’t lineup or match up at all so the water just goes right in between the cracks of the tub insert right back to the floor and it’s gonna cause the same problem that I’m trying to fix now you know your showerhead and where you turn your hot and cold water on right underneath it it’ll only turn to halfway. I’ve asked Mr. Petty to come and make it right. He said I haven’t heard from you since September, but he can take my $13,000 and can’t provide receipts. The only thing that Mr. Petty had to buy was the tub and shower insert and a vanity I had the subfloor I had the drywall I had everything else And his response to me was I haven’t heard from you since September. I shouldn’t have to chase him down if I can find a way to post the pictures on here I’ll post them for you guys to get just a little insight of his.

Called him at 8:45 on a Monday night regarding our AC not working correctly asking if he could come out ASAP. Although we were expecting sometime within the next couple of days he was at our house by 9:15 that night & had our AC fixed by 9:45. Exceptional service and his price couldn’t be beat either. We will definitely use him again.
