Let me start this review by saying that I am a picky, detail oriented, OCD germaphobe - and I was pleased with Larry’s work with our plumbing issues today (during the COVID pandemic). He had me text him pictures of under our sink before he came to make sure he had the parts he needed. He arrived when he said he would. He listened to all of our plumbing issues/concerns and discussed them with me. He took his time to do the job right and even cleaned the area on the sink around the faucet while he had it off. He asked my opinion on things and cleaned up after himself. We have had plumbing issues for a while that we haven’t gotten fixed because we hadn’t had good luck with other plumbers in the area. We have not had any people in our house the whole COVID pandemic, but he wore his mask and gloves the whole time - had them on before he entered our house, and he made me feel as comfortable as possible with having someone in our house during this pandemic. We now have a go-to plumber and we have already planned to have him come back to replace a sink and do other plumbing jobs we have been putting off. I would definitely recommend Reed’s Plumbing.

Had a water line break at residence. Called Mr. Reed and he immediately came to residence. Not the best of conditions for him: cold, snow, freezing cold water. The most valued aspect of the experience was his eagerness to help. Additionally he was personable, patient, and quickly found alternatives to set backs. I don’t know much about plumbing, but he did leave an impression that he is an expert at what he does. Very grateful for Mr. Reed, in restoring water to my home. I would not hesitate to call on him again for any plumbing need, in fact if I ever do he will be the first I call.

Had Septic Issues. They fixed it fast and the cost was way lower than I estimated. I was worried it was worse than it was and they wouldn't be able to fix the issue. They were postive and reassuring. I would call Reeds Plumbing for all my Plumbing issues. 10 stars

My wife and I noticed a lake in our front yard. Having zero clue what the cause could be, I called Reed's plumbing. I spoke to Mrs. Reed and scheduled an appointment.

I understand the service industry. Getting a call shortly after my appointment time was understandable.

Mr. Reed was polite and professional. I simply explained that we had water running in our yard and I thought it could be from the outdoor hose faucet.

Justin arrived shortly after. He quickly assessed the problem was indeed a damaged underground water line. He even knew right where it was.

A few hours passed and Justin was finished. He had replaced the faulty line and our outdoor faucet.the final bill was VERY reasonable and worth every dollar.

We won't hesitate to call the Reed's in the future for ALL of our plumbing needs!

We had service completed today on a pipe that had bent and a toilet leak. They were professional and thorough. Also, reasonably priced. We are so grateful we called Reeds for our repair and would/will recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I will never call any other plumbing business other than Reed’s plumbing because they show up, they follow-up, they provide top quality work, they are very fair priced, they are trustworthy, and most of all, it was clear they cared about my family- their customer. I’m now a lifelong customer. You can not find this type of customer service anymore. Between Christmas and New Years there was freezing temps that caused plumbing issues all over the tri-state. We noticed issues with drainage and my husband crawled under the house realizing that our sewage system had backed up and exploded all the pipes under our house. With a sewage mess, we had to stop usage of all water, toilets as it just went straight into our enclosed crawl space. My husband tried for two days to get help. Several places said that they couldn’t send anyone out and other plumbing businesses like Now Service Pro and Workman and Sons came out charged a ridiculous service fee for doing nothing to fix our problem and even gave advice that would have caused more issues if we did what they said. We then made the best decision and called Reed’s plumbing. They didn’t answer at first because they were on another call (we experienced several places that didn’t answer), but Reed’s called back within 5 minutes and listened to my husbands desperate plea for help. She was so understanding, empathetic, asked the appropriate questions to understand the job, and told us she would send the info to the owner who was on another job. We didn’t expect to hear back bc we were let down by everyone else. Not only did he call, he showed up, didn’t leave until we could use our utilities, replumbed our drainage under the house and spent hours with my husband trying to figure out the issue. This lead to him digging in our yard at night! They finally figured out that the issue and after 6.5 hours of work they left us with complete use of our utilities, and a plan to address the much bigger issue. They even checked in on us the next day. They were very fair with the price charged. While other plumbers were taking advantage of the freezing pipes in the area to price gouge my friends and neighbors, Reeds provided the best customer service, quality work and both plumbers were so pleasant and dedicated to making sure my family was taken care of.
