Great experience Jake did a fantastic job

He came out on a Sunday and had our air conditioner working within a few minutes! He was extremely helpful! Will use him in the future for any of our AC issues.

Made the mistake of having another contractor over first that didn't find the leak, didnt tell me that, and charged me for freon that leaked out within 24 hours. Jake came out and found the leak within minutes. He fixed it in the same visit and things are running as expected.

Came out May 2023 to look at my ac that wasn't cooling. Took the front off my furnace and worked and looked in there. Almost left the front off before they left bit my husband had to remind him.. Its now November and went to turn my heat on. Would not work which turned out be be a blessing. Heat nor ac would come on. Had a company come out and when they took the front off they noticed the elbow shaped vent was not there and on the floor of my garage. It was left off by this company. Was told it's a good thing the fuse tripped in the furnace bc if it didn't without that vent carbon monoxide would have spread through my house. My whole family could have died.

Shoutout to Jake Anderson with Anderson Heating and Cooling for coming on short notice to a mini split issue at one of my communications building locations. He got me in today after messaging his business page at 10 PM last night. I appreciated that he responded to me then but I did not expect a reply until business hours. His pricing was fair, very knowledgable and he got me back going cooling the building quickly upon arrival.

In the last 10 months 2 new systems were installed in 2 different property's. They were done on time, and on the original estimate date.
When they left both times the place was left clean, no cardboard, no packing materials.

Jake took the time to explain the options to me and explained how it works and ways to make it more efficient.

Im written this review for my 83 year old friend.She had air conditioning problems on 6/1/2023. She called me to ask me if I knew of anyone that could work on her air conditioner. I Googled it and we got the closest one to her house which was location at Guston .I went to see the reviews and he had a 5.0 star rating, so I knew that this would be a good company to come out and look at her air conditioning. She called me to let me know that her air conditioning was fixed ,he was a very polite ,very good customer service ,affortable price for service work.And she will be putting his business phone number in her phone to keep if she ever needs it again or to recommend it to someone else .She was very pleased with the service that she received Thanks !!

Found Anderson from a friend and called Jake and he came out the very same day to take a look at my old non-cooling ac during a heatwave. In less than a week he was able to install us a new ac. Arrived when he said he would and began work. So far it's been great! You never know how cool you should be until you are. Then there's a plus that it's scared off the terrible heat wave. Jake came promptly on a Sunday because our A/C was not working on a 90+ degree day. The unit needed a part that he ordered and installed the next day. Very professional, knowledgable, trustworthy, and kind contractor.

I had another company come out to check out my A/C unit that wasn't working . They looked at it and said you need a new one charged me for a service call then left. I called Anderson heating and cooling and Jake came out got it working in about 10 minutes, added freon and checked my system out. And said I'm not trying to sell you a new system but yours is very old. It will still work. But your going to need a new one someday. Which was true! I checked around and they are very reasonable. I had them install a new unit. Jake went above and beyond and Awesome workmanship. I'm glad I called, Anderson heating & cooling
