Bradley was able to figure out what another electrician wasn’t able to. Bradley replaced a GFI and was able to diagnose a switch that even the previous homeowner had no idea of what it operated. Bradley is Very knowledgeable, Friendly and I would highly recommend him for your next electrical job.

Today is 11/13/17 still waiting for a return call from Chill Electric from 11/09/17 about how much to do the electrical if we dug the trench to replace lines an conduit that the power company and other electricuans have since deemed not at all necessary since Chill wanted to charge over double the original cost they stated because they said it needed done.

Tuesday 1/19/16

The power in a few rooms goes out at lunch. I call Chill Electric early afternoon and ask if they can come to look at it. I told them I thought it was a bad circuit breaker, because one of them was loose and wouldn’t switch on/off properly. I texted them photos of the bad breaker. I let them know we are having some other big house work done on Friday (a new furnace installation), so it's VERY important that we get this electric fixed soon.

I took off work that afternoon to be at home when Chill Electric comes out. When they got to our home, they wandered around the house looking at outlets. Their website says they are open until 7 p.m., but they said they had to leave early to pick up their kids. This was at 5 p.m. They didn't fix the problem and seemed pretty confused in general. They had disassembled several wall outlets and left them completely exposed. They didn't spend much time outside at the circuit breaker, which was surprising since I told them that I thought that was where the problem was. They said they would come back the next day to finish the job & that they would call or msg to let me know when they were on their way.

Wednesday 1/20/16

My fiancé worked from home (so that I did not need to miss another day of work) because we are expecting Chill Electric to come back to finish the job. The first message from CE is after 5 p.m. They apologized that they could not come out that day due to another job keeping them busy. They would be able to come finish the job after 1 p.m. the next day.

Thursday 1/21/16

Per the message from Wed, I took off work at 1 p.m. for the day to be home to let Chill Electric in our house. I got a message from them at 1:30 p.m. letting me know they will be at the house at 3 p.m. When it gets close to 3 p.m., they message me again and let me know that they will be here closer to 3:45 p.m. At a little after 3 p.m., they call me and let me know they have had a problem with their car and need to get that fixed; implying that they would not be able to come out that day.

We never heard from them again. Keep in mind, we've taken several days off work this week, are without power and have several exposed outlets.

Friday 1/22/16

Snowstorm hits (we do not have power in a couple of rooms), yet our hvac guy still arrives to install furnace and has to create workarounds due to no electric in some rooms.

Saturday 1/23/16

After giving up on Chill Electric, we decide to call another electrician. This new electrician came out to our home within two hours from the first phone call....on a Saturday....and had fixed the problem within five - ten minutes. And guess what? The problem was the broken circuit breaker that I suggested to CE up front. It had nothing to do with the outlets that CE had been staring at for over an hour on Tuesday.

Everything turned out amazing, & the price was fair. thanks again. I will definitely be using you again.

Called at 11am and by 1pm my problem was fixed! Chris Hill was very knowledgeable about my problem and fixed it promptly! He was very nice and explained about the Chill company! I will be using you guys in the future! Thank you Chill and thank you Chris!!

Chill Electric did an amazing job finishing my basement. He finished the job ahead of time, for the price he told me, and actually corrected things the original electrician did improperly. I couldn't have asked for a more trustworthy person. Should've had him do the entire house.

Can't say enough about how great these folks are!!! From the first phone call, Tabitha was very professional & courteous. The technician Chris was also very professional & courteous and in my opinion, went above and beyond to answer my questions and address my concerns.
