Great service. Matt was more than willing to work with me to help me find the best price for a whole new system and answered every question I had throughout the whole process.

The gentlemen that came for our fall furnace check up were efficient, knowledgeable and very polite. It was a pleasure to deal with The Furnace Doctor and their employees.

Over this past Memorial Day weekend, it was very HOT, we had a unit that was on it's very last leg, the technicians were able to check on it periodically throughout the weekend to keep the unit up and running, and then Tuesday they installed a new unit at a great price!!! Thanks Matt.

Matt was very kind and easy to talk to. Explained to me what the problem was and what he did to fix it. He made sure the heat was rising before he left. Hopefully that fixed the issue that three other companies have failed to do! Thanks!

absolutely fantastic! changing my review to update the service..... my furnace has stopped working with the same problem they "fixed" 3 months ago. i haven't been to reach anyone or an answering service for 2 days. i paid for a one year guarantee but now i have to call another company to fix a problem i already paid for. NOT HAPPY!!!

Our office heating unit went out over the weekend when the temps were going up & down like the stock market. I called them around 10 , they came out after another job and had us back up and running by 1:30.
