They were doing work next to my building when I noticed them dumping things in our woods. When I asked them what they were doing and where it came from, they ignored me and kept doing it. I left a review and someone reached out to me saying if I took it down that they would make sure it was cleaned up. Well about 6 months later and it never happened. Very unprofessional.

Last week they did a good job of blowing off the patios. I even gave the worker a cold drink and thanked him. This week, they blew grass all over the patios and never blew it off! Very inconsistent! The account manager, Eric (who was so very nice), called me to discuss the issue. He has assured me that he will be sending a crew to make sure all grasses are blown off all porches and patios! He told me to call him should anything like this happen again. I certainly appreciate the response from Eric!
