Had an appointment for Thursday to cut my tree down they called me and said they couldn't make and rescheduled for Saturday, Saturday came and no show and no call I had to get ahold of them and they told me they couldn't make it that they were on another job and would be a week or longer and if I couldn't wait too get someone else to do the job, very unprofessional I would not recommend them to anyone.

Called for estimate for following day and scheduled a time. I was called back earlier and they wanted to come earlier. I was told they would be here at time scheduled and have yet to receive a phone call or apology for not coming .Very inconsiderate and will not call again not refer to family or friends . Therefore I rate this company a zero after waiting and wasting my time

This company was amazing! They did a great job and in a tight spot to work in. They were very friendly, honest, and cleaned everything up after they were done. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Awesome service and prices. Very courteous and professional. I’ve had three big trees cut down using Samson. Highly recommend!

I had three evergreen tree's removed. They showed up early had the job done in record time and were very nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who was having a tree removed.

I had a huge water maple tree growing up over my homes roof that was clogging up my sewer drain & causing messy stinky backups in the lower level of my two story home, plus this tree had branched out well over my roof & a heavy limb fell on my front porch roof causing extensive damage. My Insurance deductable is $2000.00 So I called Samson tree service across the river from me in Louisville ky & asked them to give me an estimate. The next day they came to my house & looked everything over, so I called them back & and spoke with the owner & asked "Who Did" my estimate & he answered "I Did" then I said well I like your price so come get this tree out of my yard. Well the next morning I was woke up early by buzzing chain saws in my front yard! The owner of Samsons Tree Service was outside with his diligent crew and had my tree cut up & hauled away before I could finish eating my breakfast Amazing!

Contacted Sampson and their estimate was quite a bit less than another near by service quoted. Owner was pleasant and friendly and knew his stuff. Showed up when he said he would and had large (60ft?) oak tree down and removed completely. I honestly couldn't believe how quickly they did it. Then they took the stump out and had the area looking nice. Absolutely no problems and have no qualms about reccomending to anyone.

Used them after a storm last week that fell on fence. They removed tree and grind stump. They also straightened the fence up without me even telling them to do so. They came 2 days after giving me the estimate. Also removed and old large bush to be able to get in back yard. Also storm proofed tree in front yard. Looks great. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Sheila

Does great work would not call no one else for tree work .Did such a great job had to tip the workers

We had two-thirds of a very large tree come down. He came out gave an estimate that afternoon. The next morning they had the other third of the tree down and everything cleaned up by around 11 am. Very satisfied with the work and price. Will definitely use again if needed.
