Got the part I needed, but delayed as they used my phone number from 7 years ago.

This place sucks on calling back on the weekends we got our new unit from them 3 years ago and ever year they have to come out and fix something I always end up calling on the weekend and nobody has ever called us back

Quality? Im calling bull,,, called tbem because unit wouldnt start. Claimed unit installed incorrectly years ago. Wouldnt work on it and still charged $79 to LOOK!!!

New units to replace old. Showed up on time professional done in less time than expected. Quality is an appropriate name for them

Came out to do fall maintenance, not sure he did anything. I recently had another company come out and they adjusted temperature limits and burner.

He was also supposed to provide a quote to replace a min split unit that he says is shot, 6 weeks later and I'm still waiting for the quote.

Will not call this place again.

I called them 2 time and both times charged me for freon and didn't tell me first time second time they said they can't check it for leaks until it was 70 degrees outside and now it's winter my heat quit workin because I have a mini split and it heats with freon also and we are sol until can get someone else out here

Great company. Very professional and reasonably priced. They did an excellent job installing my new Hvac unit and installing my moisture barrier.

Came within 45 minutes of my call to have my central heat looked at. Temp was a balmy 11 degrees. Tech was friendly and professional, he took the time to explain my problem and what needed to be done.

My ac went out, they came to fix it and it went out again within the next week. They wanted to charge me $100 to come back to my house to fix it. Even though we had already paid the $170 to fix it the first time!

I called them about 9 am in the morning and they where at my house by noon. Eddie came and fixed my heat. He didn't stop until he found all the problems I where having. He did an awesome job. I am very satisfied with there work.

My AC has acted up the entire 10 years ive lived here. My landlord finally called quality and they had my ac working great! For about a month....now it's doing the exact same thing all over again. I still rate them 4 stars, only because it takes so long to get someone out. And I wish I could call on a Sunday when its 80 on my house 😭😩😩

Our heater wasn’t functioning right on new yews eve day. Todd came out that afternoon and told us our 15 year old system was about to give up the ghost. On January 1 the heat went out altogether. By noon on January 2 we had a new heat system and are now cozy and warm. Thank you Quality Heating

They are a joke don't recommend!! They will take you for what ever they can not honest company!!

These people caused water damage to my house with their incompetence, they broke the arm of my couch standing on it instead of being professionals and moving the couch and using a step ladder. They refused to abide by their own guarantee, and have the audacity to charge me for them damaging my roof and walls with water because they don't understand a pan float, i wouldn't use these people, watch a you tube video you'll get more done than these ignorant fools.

Don't remember being there.
