My dryer went out and I needed it fixed. They came to my house clean and prepared to work. Did an excellent job replacing a heating element. Highly recommend them.

We had a refrigerator go out a few days ago and it was in the evening. We called around and couldn't get anyone to come out at first. When we called Brandon, he asked a few questions and said he'd be over. About 30 minutes later he was at the house working on the fridge. It didn't take him long at all to get it back up and running. After chatting with him, come to find out he was in the military meaning it's a veteran owned company and he said he doesn't always come out at night but he does do case by case emergency repairs! All in all, great response time, great customer service, and great customer satisfaction! We will reccomend him to everyone we know!

Mr. Sheen was awesome in helping us make the best decision of either fixing or buying a new dishwasher when the old one broke. He focused on giving us all the necessary information, not the information that would get him the most money.

When we decided on buying new, he made himself available 3 more times with minimal notice because the company we purchased from messed up our order. One of these days was a holiday. This is not something I see a lot in this area.
