I like to use local businesses and Trinity is new to my area. The technicians were on time and professional but couldn't resolve my issue. After 3+ hours and 250.00 later they wanted me to buy a 1000.00 part that might fix the issue. I got a second opinion and a different technician found the issue in 30 minutes, a 65.00 part. Lesson leaned

So last night, our central air conditioner went out. It was installed about 2 1/2 months ago buy Trinity Heating an air in Irvington. I called the phone number and left a message and also left a message on their chat. They texted back last night late that they would be here first thing this morning and sure enough they were here and fixed it. the young man that was here Adam is friendly and professional. You can’t go wrong with Trinity heating and air.

I would definitely recommend Trinity Heating and Cooling to anyone. We had them come out, just before the last snow/ice storm hit, to make sure our newly installed heater and propane tank were in line to prepare us for the cold to come. They increased the flow of our propane so that our heater was putting out its potential. Our technician was Greg. We want to pay special thanks to Greg because on the night of the cold storm our heater stopped working. Greg drove over half an hour, in the night, in the snow and ice to make sure that my family wasn't without heat. Turns out our regulator was freezing up, it wasn't big enough for our propane tank to accommodate our furnace. We were very thankful that Greg drove that far in those dreadful conditions. That has to be customer service at its grandest!!!

Horrible Service! Would Not Recommend Them At All. Two Seperate Tech's Came To Our Home. First One Didn't Fix The Problem. $75.
The Next One Came, And Replaced Our Thermostat $275. Unit Still Didn't Work Properly.
Called Another Company. The Tech. Informed Us, Of The Issue.
And Repaired It Within 20 Minutes. Little Did We Know At The Time. It Was The Same Issue, The First Tech Came To Service! We Contacted Trinity. And Informed Him Of What The Other Contractor Diagnosed And Repaired. And He Wasn't Interested In Hearing About It. And Wouldn't Reimburse Us A Dime, For The Additional Servive Call We Had To Pay For.
This Is Our Experience. Hope No One Experiences The Same! 👎😡

We are so grateful that when we needed to replace our HVAC system, all our friends recommended Trinity. Tobias suggested a system that we could afford and which would solve the problem of always having hot and cold spots in our house. The prompt and courteous technicians installed the new unit and taught me how to run it without inconveniencing me at all. Since installation, the spring weather has shown us that this new system can keep the house at a comfortable temperature. What a relief!

Had a drainage problem Craig diagnosed the issue and received the part the next day! AC back and running in less than 3 days !! completely professional. Best HVAC guys I’ve ever had at the house I’ll use them again.

Trinity Heating and Cooling recently Installed a Mitsubishi Mini split 2 zone system Everything went great Greg&Adam technicians explained everything in detail would definitely recommend this company also they give Military discount.

We have utilized Brad and Tobias 14 times over the last 10 years. Not only are they top notch, but their team members have bought into their approach and business model. Couldn't recommend Trinity more. If you are looking for a transparent and ethical mechanical contractor, these guys are it.

From the very first call for help because our unit was acting up to finding the problem and then replacing the entire system. The service crew is polite and professional, the sales team is great, and the office staff are just a joy to speak to. You won't regret your decision to call them, I didn't! We're customers forever.

My mother needed a new heat pump and she wanted it to be a Trane. Trinity Heating and Cooling is the only authorized dealer in her area, according to Trane's website.... So I gave them a call. Tobias and his crew were very competent, courteous and professional. They were there when they said they would be, completed the work without delay and cleaned up after themselves. It's refreshing to actually find such top quality service nowadays!
