I needed to address issues with my entire HVAC before spring started. I made multiple contacts with various companies asking for quotes. Comfort Heating and Air was on it very quickly, in fact the next day. Their professionalism was incredible, as was their solution and pricing. This was further enhanced by the speed in which they were able to install a completely new system. I have been completely 100% satisfied with this company. Even their follow-up with the proper paperwork for my rebate from LG&E, and the permit inspection ftom the City was handled quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Comfort Heating and Air for anyone needing their services. They're a 5 star company.

Absolute terrible company . They came out to my house because the heat was not blowing. Where here for all of 5 minutes and tried to tell me that my entire furnace needed to be replaced even though it was replaced in 2021. So I called a family friend who came out and took a look and had to order a part that was 150$ bucks and 165 for labor . For a total of 265 dollars my heat is now blowing just as good as ever. While comforts only solution they could find was to replace the entire furnace. Crooks if you ask me.
