I replaced my HVAC system 2 years ago and have been very pleased with the quality of the system, and consistent heating and cooling in my house. I joined the comfort club via that installation and recently got my winter inspection without any hassle or additional cost. It is nice to have some reliability in the company and their work.

Can't say enough good about the company! They are our go-to HVAC contractors. Our technician, Jacob, is super professional, knowledgeable, and always helpful. They're also quick, responsive and transparent with pricing and options. We highly recommend them.

Great experience! Five stars. They got me in for an HVAC cleaning very quickly and had the special filter I needed in stock. I was surprised how dirty my unit was even after I had another company clean it out just a few months before. We needed some repair work done and they had the parts in stock and did the repair in short order. Their tech Jacob M. explained everything to me and I felt comfortable with their recommendations and price. I had received another quote which was much higher than Thompson. Thank you Chris, Jacob and Thompson Heating & Cooling.

Kevin Thompson and the crew really are knocking things out of the park. They have helped me with my 120yr old house and as a fellow contractor I trust Thompson H&C will do right by my customers and the continual service they provide.

Kevin and Scott understand building science and how a house can work much better with some changes in the supply routes and air sealing. They have also stepped away from making the quick dollar and advised my customers of all of the options before the next step is taken. Call them to take a look, ESPECIALLY if someone is telling you a second system is the only option.

Hands down the best group of workers and company. We did 4 quotes for a new system and Thompson gave us the best quote. Other 3 businesses were much larger companies. These guys showed up when they said they would and worked tirelessly installing our new system. Our gas heat is in a cramped attic so not a simple task to say the least. But these guys got it done. And they cleaned up their mess as though they were never here.
We would be absolutely happy to work with them again.

Kevin and the guys at Thompson heating cooling do amazing work, and take very seriously their motto of keeping people comfortable. I’ve been amazed at how fast they are when we’ve called them. They never suggest overpriced, less-than-needed repairs. These guys do everything with integrity and expertise!

Even the ladies that schedule appointments have been very helpful too! Andrew and Dominique are the two technicians that installed the whole system and they were very easy and helpful to work with! I called Thompson Heating when my system in my business stop working. I own a massage studio so keeping people comfortable is essential. MJ was wonderful on the phone and Reed the tech was polite and professional. I recommend this company to everyone I can. Great people and great service!

Josh Lyons and Dom Madder, did a beautiful install on our new HVAC system. Very professional and clean work, great attention to details. Then impressed the wife by vacuuming afterwards. Owner Kevin Thompson is a long time friend, his team including Scott and Brent along with the aforementioned team. Were awesome, losing AC in the July heat was bad, but they made it bearable. I’m going to upgrade from 1 star to 3 star because since my review they have refunded me the cost of the tiles, and the plumber.

A verbal apology would have been nice but quietly refunding me is better than me being out the money and the headache. I guess pancake systems are hard to install 🤷‍♀️

AVOID Thompson Heating and Air!
This has been the most frustrating and disappointing service experience I’ve ever had. They came out to my condo eight times and still couldn’t fix the problem. Instead of taking responsibility, they forced me to hire a plumber—who immediately confirmed it was an HVAC issue all along.
Thompson refused to service my unit until I paid for the plumber, then sent my check back for the plumber’s cost! Even after the plumber proved it was their mistake, Thompson came out two more times, still didn’t fix the issue, never apologized, and left my ceilings ruined. No repairs, no accountability, just endless runaround and damage to my home.
Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

I had a new PTAC Heating and Cooling unit installed, the technicians were very helpful and professional.
They represented Thompson heating well.
I would recommend them as well as use them for future work.

Installed a new Ruud HVAC system for a reasonable price. Service techs were extremely polite and professional. Had to call back twice after install and they were quick and courteous in response and corrected on site same day. Not a big deal. I would recommend and use again. A+ rating from me.
