Home Services reviews in Latonia, Kentucky

I hired Joe to clean up landscaping and trim trees that had been neglected. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Will have him cut the grass and maintain the landscaping.

Mr. Gribble is very courteous and professional. Very accommodating when it comes to my schedule and really hit the mark with my expectations of what I wanted done. Absolutely could not have done a better job.

I requested a quote from the owner of Gribble Landscaping when they came to take measurements on December 10, 2020. He was kind, courteous and professional at that time. I was told that, because of the holidays (and covid), I would not receive a quote for about a week. Totally understandable.
After Christmas (two weeks later) I contacted the owner about getting a quote. A week later he said he sent it but that when he looked at the email it was blank. Ok... sure. I get it -- life happens. So I said 'no worries, get it to me and we'll discuss.' Then a week went by. Then another. And another. Still nothing.

I'm not going to beat a dead horse. I would have loved nothing more than to use their services and support this local business, but unfortunately this is all I'm left with. I'm leaving a 1-star review because of their lack of professionalism, and their unresponsiveness.
