Amazing professional service from start to finish. I’m so pleased with the tankless system and even more satisfied with the expert installation. From the running of new copper lines to the ventilation work, the end result equipment looks highly professional and works even better. Even “settling up” after all was completed was efficient and professional with emailed receipts and a thorough explanation (including photos) of the work completed. I will be calling Maximum Plumbing for my future residential needs. That’s for sure. A special shout out to Brent Imhoff for walking me through the entire process -from consultation to completion. Noah from Maximum Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing my water heater. From the moment I called, he was quick to respond and get me the help I needed. My old unit had sprung a leak and was causing a lot of water to build up in the basement, so time was critical. Noah showed up promptly, assessed the situation, and got to work right away.

The installation process was smooth and stress-free. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to answer all of my questions—plus gave me helpful tips I didn’t even think to ask about. It’s rare to find someone who communicates that well while also getting the job done efficiently.

Brennan came out promptly as scheduled, diagnosed our problem and got it fixed at a reasonable rate. We had issues in our kitchen earlier this month and he referred us to the smoke restoration department to get that fixed from a little mishap granny had making biscuits

Do Not Recommend! They made a unnecessary mess that could have been avoided and tracked it all through my house. They cut open a pipe in the wrong spot which caused the mess pictured and then told my husband it was now a restoration job and within minutes my husbands phone was blowing up with calls/texts from a friend of the guy that was here and made the mess saying he could come clean it up and they would just bill the insurance but would be at least $1,000. Once my husband told them we were going to clean up the mess ourselves and that we weren't going to replace everything to keep the cost down the guy here brought in another guy and they were in a hurry to get the job done. They did not wear anything on their shoes while walking all through the mess pictured and then tracked it all through the house in areas they didn't even need to go.

I dont think you can call making excuses for the work and lying about what actually happened attempting to make things right with customers. I understand you have connections with restoration companies but making a mess for them is another thing and this mess was ABSOLUTELY not here when he arrived it was his cutting a pipe in the wrong spot that made it! Add bad customer service to another reason I am giving warning to any future customers.

Brennan was such a great help 10/10 will be asking for him every time. He came and replaced my sewer line and even sent his guys in to take care of my damages.

Very poor performance. Took advantage of an elderly lady. Only bathroom in the house and my mom can’t even stay here because of this mess. We contacted a different company to fix this mess. Maximum charged 3000 for this mess Noel’s it will cost even more for the new company to come in and redo maximum’s screwup. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Beware
