If you can imagine, your AC going out when there is a 100 plus temperature outside! Well, mine did ! But, Bobby Hyatt Plumbing & HVAC saved the day! They were there that very day!!

We used Hyatt Plumbing and HVAC when we built our new home. They were always on time and completed the jobs wonderfully. They always stand by their work and are always there when we need anything done. I would highly recommend them.

I received your response. In 2019, we were told by your company that our unit was not registered when we found that the unit flooded our floor. Our house was built in 2012. Our builder used Bobby Hyatt Heating & Air to install our unit. I don’t know who worked there at that time, but that is the information we received. I don’t appreciate being called a liar. So, no, my statements are not inaccurate & the reason you don’t see our information in your records is that you or others obviously deleted our information once you realized you didn’t register our unit! This is on you!!! A 7 year unit with no warranty!

I would give a 0 if I could! They failed to register my new heat pump when my house was built. My system failed 7 yrs after my house was built, so since it was not registered they wouldn’t do anything. Due to their incompetence, the system started leaking & ruined my hardwoods, etc. We paid $17,000 for a new system because they couldn’t even fix it. In addition, we had a $40,000 insurance claim for the damage caused by the faulty system. Watch who you hire!

I called Jake on a Saturday morning with a geothermal issue, he came that afternoon, diagnosed the issue and had a temporary solution in place, so I wouldn't freeze. By the following Friday, he had the part needed for the final fix, efficiently installed it, and left my furnace room cleaner than he found it.
