We do not recommend this company at all. They promise timely and quality work but do not deliver on either promise. Their communication has been terrible and highly disrespectful. For example, owner answers the phone by saying “yeah”. The other employees just give excuses if they communicate at all.
They promised stained tongue and groove above entryway with oak or cedar then installed very poor quality pine with knots and damaged pieces. When we asked for higher quality wood as discussed they asked us to go pick it out ourselves then upcharged us. Now they blame us for the delays. They also planned to put PCV trim when we asked for stained wood. The work is half finished and the trim boards are uneven. We haven’t even seen anyone on our property to discuss this with in over a month. It’s been 4 months total for an entryway that should’ve taken a week. It feels like they are abandoning the project and leaving us with a mess.
Their concrete work was below average and had some defects. They left a large gap at the driveway that’s a trip hazard. They promise to fix it but haven’t. They left the excess concrete poured on the side of our driveway which we did not approve. Now it has hardened and created another trip hazard.
Do not hire this company.
