The process up to installation was great. However, on install day the two men broke the springs in my master bedroom window and just left the window laying halfway out of the frame onto the floor. When I communicated this with rite rug, they asked me to send photos. Once I did they said I would be contacted, and I was. However after going through the process during the second call, explaining the details of how I found the window when I returned home, I never heard back again or was given a solution. Poor customer service, however my new carpet is very nice.

Small project included new carpeting in master bedroom and walk-in closet. RiteRug was professional and carpet looks and feels fantastic. Would recommend this company for future jobs.

Today’s job was no different! From the upfront work with Josh, whom is trustworthy and knowledgeable, to Oscar and his install team who are professional, skilled, and courteous, everything was seamless!
