Chris and Will were professional, quick, and knowledgeable about bringing the main beam of the house to the same height. The floors aren't bouncy anymore, there's no more holes in the floor, and we couldn't be happier with the work they did! They didn't even leave a mess and were patient when the household pets wanted to be involved. Would recommend to everyone for foundation repairs!

John Heska, the foreman on the job was professional and knowledgeable.
The folks at the office hurried up the crew at my home, making me feel that the last few hours of the job were rushed. They should have let them come out the next morning to finish up instead of forcing them to work until 8pm. I think for the $14k price tag this was in order.
The crew was great and overall did a very good job. It could have been a a little better if they had not been rushed.

We were having rain water enter our house next to the pipe that brings the water source into the house. They drilled through the exterior foundation wall and inserted sealant, then finished the area preparing it for painting. This caused a second leak down an eight foot crack about two feet away. They treated this the same with numerous injections. All work was done promptly and professionally. Nathan was our first contact. He was informative, prompt, personable, knowledgeable, and kind. Young but knows the business and is most concerned for the client. His goal is to help solve a problem and not gauge the homeowner. Chad and his side-kick came as the technicians to solve the problem. Thorough, experienced and concerned for the home-owner, they were gracious, communicative, personable and genuine. They brought the necessary skill-sets required for the job. Neat, clean in both appearance and work habits, capable and knowledgeable. Conscientious and wanting to do the job correctly and to the homeowners specifications. Friendly and kind. The type guys you would want to work on your property. We highly recommend this company and these three fine men especially.

Made a claim a month ago on work that was done back in 2021 and now I'm getting the run around, with no ETA of when someone can even come look at it. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Was selling my house and was told my chimney was slightly separating from the house (small, visible gap between chimney and wall of house). John Heska and Tristan were assigned to straighten my chimney. They were punctual, professional, and very good at what they did. They did a great job, cleaned up after they were finished, and they even sowed grass seed and spread straw over the areas damaged before they left. Very good experience!

I don’t have a single complaint to make about this company or my experience with them. From the time I called to the time the job was completed probably totaled 2 weeks. Every aspect of the experience was professional and much more than I could’ve hoped for. They even financed my payment through their website so I didn’t have to pay a penny up front. The guys who worked on my basement found a foundational issue that had to be resolved and added time to their job, but I wasn’t charged any extra money! I was pleasantly surprised at how completely stress free I was through the process. You would think that having to reinforce a foundational wall in your house would be a huge headache. But with USS it truly wasn’t! Highly recommend!!!

We have had structural issues for years. It has definitely been a point of concern and two previous attempts to repair have not corrected the problem.

Chad, Dillon, and Austin were at our house for 3.5 days raising our house back to level, stabilizing our foundation, and added helical piers for support. They literally worked from dawn till after dark each day in 90+ temperature.

Extremely professional and personable, answered our MANY questions, cleaned and dressed our yard, planted grass, and spread straw. We highly recommend them and they will be working my cousin's property in a few days. Very pleased with the results.

I am extremely pleased with the work of USS. I developed a crack in the bricks around my chimney. A brick mason told me to call USS, he said they are the best and only company he recommends. From Jason who inspected and quoted to John and his crew that did the work, everyone showed pride in their work. Their pride made me feel confident. Nathan was extremely thorough and very helpful with the process. Was sure to inspect inside and outside and walk me through it all so that I was comfortable with the process. Chad and the USS crew have done two recent jobs for us. We live on a heavily graded slope (approaching 30 degrees at peak) and we have a retaining wall which borders our garage. USS ran a group of tiebacks for us into that wall (which is approximately 12 ft. high and holding back a whole lot of earth). They later returned and ran a significant amount of drainage behind that wall for us -- box drain, connected to approximately 75 feet of skirt drain with a small gravel trench ending in a runout across our driveway to aid in the capture and diversion of a tremendous amount of water at the corner of our house, which had already resulted in significant garage issues...including the replacement of portions of the sill plate in the garage. During both of these jobs, the crew was punctual, courteous, and professional. All work was completed on time, cleanly and perfectly, with plenty of follow up. I'm just an old concrete guy and framer, so what do I know, right? But these folks are clear and transparent about their pricing, they have excellent administrative logistics with their scheduling and they were on point keeping us apprised of schedule changes due to long-term, pervasive rain in our region. Their crews left no debris at the site, they were friendly and responsive to questions, and they were kind enough to seed for us before they left. I would absolutely recommend them, and will likely be calling on them again at some point in the near future.

They explained in detail about a new problem they saw. They professionally did amazing work. They explained what measuring the house means, and gave me advice on a spigot problem. They tapped the dirt back down, put down grass seed and hay. Plus they replanted my rose bush! They are really good guys! I feel really secure about my foundation now.

Bobby from USS came to address some drywall cracks that we suspected were due to foundational issues. Bobby came in and tested the foundation of our home, and he did not find any issues or try to sell us on anything. He suspected the issue was due to a framing problem, but he readily admitted that framing is not his area of expertise. He referred me on to a framing expert, who was also great! I was impressed that he was so honest and responsive, and he didn’t try to sell me on anything. He was able to assess the things that fell under his area of expertise well, and he referred us on for further help! Would recommend! He also helped us find cost-efficient solutions to diagnose the problem.

I have had four experiences with USS as I have several rental houses in addition to my own home. All of my experiences have been top notch. USS repaired a crack that had developed in the finished basement of my home that was allowing water into a basement that had previously never leaked. The repair worked 100%, with no additional leaking five years post repair. I have had Bobby come out and inspect the foundations of houses that I was considering purchasing. In one case he brought to my attention a situation that would have been extremely costly to repair. I did not go through with that purchase. I found another property and he pointed out some minor potential issues and the cost to repair. Based on this information I felt confident to purchase the house. I would not consider purchasing a house without USS checking it out for me and if I ever do have basement issues they are my “go to”. Very professional company, easy to deal with, show up on time and provide excellent service. Highly recommend USS.

He did not try to oversell his products or services. In fact, he alerted me to more cost-effective and simpler solutions that did not require USS services at all. We called United Structural due to water coming into our basement. I can not say how happy I am with all the service they provided. Not only did they get to us in a very timely fashion but all their employees were extremely professional and helpful. They worked very hard and kept the work site clean. We are pleased with our result and no longer have any water in our basement due to an inside drain system, sump pumps and an outside drainage system. It was a big job but really worth it. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you again to everyone involved in our project.

I highly recommend USS. Chris Taylor explained the foundation issues thoroughly and I never felt pressured. John Kidwell , the Forman, and William Webb arrived promptly on work days and were professional and polite. Chris did all of the measurements during the job and was also thorough, polite and professional. I had other estimates done and not only was the USS estimate better, their overall customer service and ability to explain the issues and solutions were far superior to their competitors.
