Tidy Geek was awesome! They arrived on time, and were very professional and efficient. Plus, I was told that it would take an hour to an hour and a half, and they were spot on. I recommend them without hesitation!

Laundry Care w/ Tidy Geek was sweet and easy! A month's laundry came back pristine, folded, and mildly sweet-smelling.

Stains disappeared (juice), and my delicates (sweaters) came back looking well-cared-for.

Tech tip: as an Android user, I found the app a little easier to navigate than the website. And I chose to handle my pickup/delivery questions directly with Tidy Geek ... which were handled smoothly.

Kari is efficient and pleasant, professional and friendly ... all at a reasonable price!

I think they are very open about pricing and capability within the time they have allotted. They seem very willing to go back through any concern areas. They were safe and wore masks and overall we are happy with the work and pricing. I'm so pumped to have a bi weekly service now! Overall my husband and I are very satisfied. I had tidy geek clean my house after being out of town for months due to the pandemic. The were thorough and quick to respond with any questions I had. It was so nice to come home to a clean house! I will definitely use Tidy Geek again in the future!

Kari and her team did an excellent job tidying, cleaning, and organizing my cluttered and neglected house. From ceiling fans and baseboards, and condensation marks on the walls to organizing a pile of board games so they are no longer crazy-making in my mind... plus rearranging my living room to be more usable. From her first question, "When do things feel clean to you? Is it when it smells clean? Is it when surfaces are clear?...etc" I knew I was in good hands.

I really cannot recommend Tidy Geek enough. The attention to detail is great. The pricing is attractive. Her personality and unflappability are icing on the cake.

I recently hired Tidy Geek to clean my 1800 square foot home. The original quoted cleaning time was 3 hours and she finished in about 2.5 hours which was really appreciative! Trash was taken care of, window sills were wiped clean, and she was extremely through with our fans and carpet in the living room. The only disappointment I had with hiring this business was what appeared to be lack of cleanliness for our kitchen. The countertops were still sticky with crumbs and a small coffee spill from this morning's breakfast and our kitchen floor didn't appear to be mopped. With that said, Kari was really easy to schedule with and was dog friendly which was a huge plus in our household.

I appreciate that Tidy Geek was quick to respond when I initially sent an inquiry to get a quote on a house cleaning. I received an email and text reminder in the days prior about the scheduled day of service and a text the morning of when they were on their way. I was impressed with the amount they were about to get done in two hours. Our house smells so fresh and looks great!

Tidy Geek is amazing! I can’t say enough positive things about my experience! She worked me in as quickly as she could, and even gave me a reminder prior to the cleaning day. Tidy Geek is such an amazing cleaning and laundry provider! Coming home to a clean house has been such a great experience and using the laundry service in addition has been an absolute game changer! Super simple process, I just had my clothes in a 13 gallon bag ready for pick up and received them washed and folded ready to go within 48 hours. Tidy Geek has done an amazing job cleaning our house for over a year and now they offer laundry service too! The scheduling was easy - they picked it up at the arranged time and delivered back clean and neatly folded - on time too! I really couldn’t be happier knowing that my clothes are in their hands because I already rely on their dependability. I highly recommend the laundry service as well as the cleaning service! 5 stars for sure!

I have to say I’m very impressed with the laundry service provided by Tidy Geek. I had a pair of shorts that had some stains from working on a vehicle (axle grease) and I thought they’d never be wearable again as by the time I called on Tidy Geek they had already started to set in. Kari did an amazing job and the shorts are usable again! She is very dedicated to quality service. You definitely won’t regret calling on Tidy Geek!

I requested Tidy Geek to come and do a deep clean of my house. She scheduled to be here 3 hours but ended up finishing around 2 hours total. They did an absolutely phenomenal job! Kari helped me in a pinch recently when I was moving out of my apartment. She was so accommodating with scheduling and did a thorough and efficient job. Friendly with excellent communication, too. I highly recommend Kari and her crew at Tidy Geek!

This was scheduled as an initial deep clean. One person was here for two hours and did what would qualify as a mediocre maintenance clean. What was listed on the company’s website was not completed. Nothing was moved, leaving dust and cobwebs in every corner and dust on surfaces. No baseboards or blinds were done and some areas were missed entirely. The owner was friendly and offered to schedule someone else to come do another deep clean but I politely declined.

Kari is very efficient and works quickly. She also has a very pleasant personality and is cheaper for housecleaning due to her working faster than most housekeepers. I highly recommend Kari. She is fantastic.
