WOW!!! Judy arrived on time and worked 6 hours straight to thoroughly clean my home. I have high expectations because I love to clean but due to a broken ankle I needed help. Cleaning Pros got me on their schedule the next day and exceeded all my expectations- from dusting the ceiling fans to making sure the bathrooms were spotless - attention to detail was absolutely spot on. Price was so reasonable I added extras like cleaning my refrigerator- Judy took EVERYTHING out, cleaned all the surfaces then neatly placed each item back where she originally found it.

I don't normally do reviews but feel it necessary to do this one because of the exceptional service. I had knee replacement surgery and found it difficult to bend to do my bathrooms. Called Cleaning Pros for service. Best move I could have made. Cost was competitive and service was very punctual. Judy was unbelievably detailed in her cleaning. I am completely sold and will, definitely, keep their service‼️If you're looking for a good cleaning service, this is who you want.

Doug provided excellent, meticulous service. We could not be more pleased. He cleaned and sealed the extensive tile in our home.

The person who serviced the carpet of my deceased parent's house remembered them well. His compassion and generosity upon learning of their passing brought me to tears. I will always choose Coit in the future for that reason alone.

Wes and Brandon were fantastic! Excellent service. Timely, efficient, friendly, professional. Very knowledgeable with great communication skills. They delivered on time in a professional manner at a good price for the service and results.

I had tile floors cleaned and grout stained as well as vents cleaned on the same day. The two different crews were polite, professional explaining and discussing situations/options during the processes. At times the two crews worked simultaneously. The work was completed in a timely manner and I believe they both did a great job. I am delighted!

The service man was on time (actually early), called ahead and was extremely courteous. His name was Cameron Lawson and I will request him in the future. My carpet looks better than I anticipated. He got out all the spots and was very thorough.

I have used COIT for about 10 years now for carpet and duct cleaning. I am so impressed with their professionalism, which is harder and harder to find out there. They are punctual and follow through in every way. The technicians are always kind and professional as well as the customer service. I highly recommend COIT!

I had tile in bathrooms and hardwood in living areas cleaned. The whole reason I had any of the cleaning done was to get the master shower cleaned. That included the built up soap that was on the tiles. I pointed that out to the gentleman that came and gave me the estimate and scheduled the cleaning. The shower, the whole reason I took a day off work and met your people for the cleaning is no where near clean. I normally don’t respond to the questions after a service has been done, I am so disappointed that I had to respond to this.

Cameron was very informative, professional, and friendly. He explained everything that he was going to do and alleviated any of my worries. He was well-spoken and knowledgeable.

The carpet looks so much better than it did. The spots, caused by our dog who was ill, are gone.

We had a fantastic experience with Coit when they came to do an estimate to have our ducts cleaned. They had a tech come the same day! Our house feels and smells so much better. Will definitely be calling them again in the future.

Very capable service provider - he was thorough, efficient, and pleasant. The older, worn carpet turned out better than expected. I'm very satisfied with the results.

My independent contractor HVAC guy, as well as a couple co-workers, recommended COIT and they did a fantastic job. They also cleaned my furnace and checked my dryer for me. Very fair price too. I will probably use them again in a few years when I have to get my air ducts cleaned again and will be recommending them to friends.

My experience had some miscommunication between admin scheduling and service providers in the beginning. When I expressed concern, the director of ops Josh contacted me immediately and everything went fantastic from there. He was timely, professional, and genuinely wanted to make things right. His staff (Craig and Drew I believe) cleaned our air ducts and were true professionals and deserve a pay raise. I had to leave them unattended in my home in order to pick my son up from school in time, but they were so friendly I wasn't concerned about leaving them. I also thought, well they will rush this job now that I'm gone, but they proved me wrong too. His team was attentive and had a passion to do a good job. They showed me all the detail and work that they had accomplished as they did it. That quality is getting more and more rare nowadays, so I hope Coit recognizes this and appreciates quality associates. I have career in the hospitality industry and appreciate customer care along with quality service. Thank you for your help and recommend them.

My carpet looks so much better. The team took the time to listen to my concerns, presented a plan to remove the stains and they were great and thorough with moving furniture and cleaning the carpet.

Wes is a great company representative. He informative and knowledgeable regarding all the services and genuinely makes the customer feel like an old friend.
This was the first time David has done work for us. He is efficient, straight forward and He did a great job on some very tough carpet areas.
The other thing I need to say, is that both of these gentlemen make your company look great. The fact that they work for you tells me, as a company, hire the best. Coit is my preferred company.

COIT gave us a great deal (applied an active coupon value for me) with a great result. Their service man showed up an hour early and worked efficiently throughout the house. He gave us a rating at the end too which gave me perspective in how much we needed the work done (his response seemed genuine too!). I would highly recommend!

Techs did a good job cleaning vents. However, the sales department sold me on a "sanitizer spray" @ $10 per vent that cost me $170. They did not spray each vent instead sprayed one time at filter and turned fan on. It was so little I couldn't even smell the sanitizer. So why did I get charged per vent???

I had a very good experience with Coit. They arrived on time, were respectful of my home and very professional. My carpets look and feel so much better. I will be calling them again in future.

One of the worst experiences of customer care. Had them come out to clean furniture, Blinds, and duct work. When the service man was out to clean the duck work he broke a large mirror that is irreplaceable since they don’t make this style mirror anymore. They sent someone out to survey and discuss a possible solution. We discussed getting the mirror appraised to get payed for that and then getting the duct work service reimbursed. After coming to a verbal agreement they have backed out and are doing nothing to mend this situation fully. They are only paying for a partial fix for the mirror and not reimbursing us for the service. All they can say is sorry. Do not use if you have anything of value in your home. Cause they must not have business insurance for accidents that occur. They seem to be more worried about the couple hundred dollars than about a repeat customer that would spread the word about how well some of the services turned out

Edit: Since making this review Jeff the general manager followed up and is making this situation correct. The services they performed are well done.
