I have been interested in Stanley steamer for over a year now with 2 cats. Our Tech,Joseph ,was super enthusiastic about his job and works super hard.He also explained the process and the pros of the package deal ! He even helped us move some furniture that me and my daughter couldn’t move ourselves.Some neighbors were interested and asked about Stanley steamer and Joseph answered their questions! Our home now feels like it did when we first moved in ,he got all of our old stains out that we didn’t think could be removed ! At first we also had some trouble as some of our apartment buildings don’t have working water spigots , Joseph tried all options and didn’t give up , we eventually found a working spicket!! I recommend Joseph he was awesome and made the whole process so much easier!

Austin went above and beyond what I expected and exceeded my expectations. He was extremely professional, explained every detailed and worked hard to get our carpets cleaner than I ever imagined. I will definitely request him in the future and recommend him to anyone I know who needs carpet cleaning.

My technician did the best he could with what he had to work with. I saw a video where a hand tool was used to clean grout with an excellent result. This result today no better than my Shark steamer floor cleaner.

Jaisen and team did a fantastic job cleaning my vinyl flooring and my bathroom tile. The grouting after sealant looks brand new, which is well worth the cost. The team was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently to get the job done. I’ve always been a Stanley steamer client, only straining from them one time, which was a mistake. Never again will I let anyone but Stanley steamer do my floors.

Lawrence did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. Took measures to protect my home and cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend requesting him as he is wonderful and very experienced in his field.

Bryan was great! Efficient, personable and worked within our budget to get what we needed done. We got both bathrooms cleaned with color seal for the tile and he changed the color up for a refreshing look! So pleased!!

Called to get a quote and they scheduled for same day. Bailey arrived promptly, explained the process and went straight to work. She was fast friendly and efficient! And the carpet and area rugs look amazing.

We thought we would need them to clean new carpet that was storm damaged. The manager came quickly and pointed out issues they would have that would make it impossible. They never tried to lie and say it was possible just to get a sale. I am buying new carpet and we do clean our HVAC with a pro company. Because they were so transparent we will be talking to them once construction is over about their duct cleaning process. Also, I will likely have them pro clean 2 rooms because I frankly do not feel like doing it after construction with my residential cleaner. Being honest does get you recognized. Thanks!

Austin was great to work with. He was able to provide same day service and thoroughly cleaned 4 bedrooms, a living room, hallway, stairwell and area rug. He was able to get me a discounted price and left my house looking and smelling like new before the holidays. He was very professional and respectful and I look forward to working with him again.

Very professional and fast!! Carpet looks amazing and Austin was incredibly polite, and honest about pricing when I did an estimate for 1 room, but needed to be quoted for 2 since it was our entire finished basement. Plan to use again for any of their services in the future!

Our technician, Bailey, did a great job on our second floor today, she had a positive attitude and was very thorough and efficient. We would definitely use Stanley steamer again in the future!
