Finding a good commercial cleaning company is tough!! We used two companies prior to Vanguard, so glad we made the change. Not only are they here when they should be, but they leave notes for us if they need something or have a question. If we have a request, we leave a note and it get's done. Very reliable company. They also work in tandem with carpet/floor cleaning service - they manage it so you don't have to. :)
