Very DISAPPOINTED with this place. Called in March to get an estimate. Woman shows up in early April. Walks around and I showed what I wanted. She suggested a few updates and I agreed. 2-3 weeks later I got the estimate and it was fair in price but she was all wrong with the information. Sent her a list of questions and received a response telling me they are way too delayed in taking me as a customer and wished me good luck. ??!

They put me off so long that I can’t get service until June.

Just beware of this place.

United Landscape did a fabulous job trimming our boxwoods and taxis shrubs.

I own 10 acres in Jessamine County and am very particular about the aesthetics and health of my yard and flower beds. I've struggled over the years to find a service that can take care of my trees, flower beds and many shrubs (there are lots of folks out there who can mow your yard). A tech from the service that was taking care of my flower beds at the time bragged to me that he was trained on shrub maintenance by United, which he reported was the best in the business (this tech was trying to start his own service and was soliciting my business). I thought, "why hire someone United trained when I can hire United." I did just that and have never looked back. These folks are well-trained, well-educated, professional landscapers. If you are looking for someone to help you build a beautiful, healthy lawn, flower beds and particularly, shrubs, United is for you.

The crew did an excellent job replacing our landscaping with healthy new plants. They were professional, efficient, neat, and courteous. I highly recommend United Landscaping.

Our HOA has used United Landscape for at least ten years. Their leadership team knows our property cold. They have experts on staff who know what to do when and how to do it right. From the grass cutters to the cleaner-uppers to the hedge sculptors to the chemical appliers, each person at United knows their job and demonstrates their appreciation for living things through their work. If we have a tough problem, they do the research. Recurring work is done on time by consistent workers who offer a smile as they get their work done. Personally, I have had special projects with United that are nowhere near as large as the HOA work they do for us, but the level of attention and quality is the same - big job or small. They have a small but extremely capable and knowledgeable management team who makes sure that the client's needs are matched with the project's needs and the skilled landscapers whom they employ. If you haven't talked with United, you are missing an opportunity. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service

United Landscape has done an excellent job with maintenance of our lawn for several years. They also just added to our landscaping -- planted several trees and shrubs as well as extended a bed. It looks so good. We are very happy with them and will continue to use them for any landscaping needs.

We have been continuously contracted with United Landscape since the Spring of 2012. Their service has always been timely and consistently helpful with common lawn and plant problems. They have been especially helpful with difficult insect and mold problems and have coordinated their treatments with University of Kentucky College of Agriculture recommendations. We readily recommend United Landscape to friends and neighbors.
