Hot water heater stopped working, John T. Cannon Plumbing responded quickly and had it repaired the next day. Charles was professional, explaining the repairs being done and cleaned up the work area before he left.

All in all they came out quick and replaced the heating element for$100 But 3 hours later no hot water I call back and I'm told I have to call an electrician so I do that and another $300 dollars later they say the thermostat is not getting the correct voltage so in my desperation in not having hot water for 3 days now I go to Lowes pick up the thermostat for$ 30 and do it my self and I'm good to go . I mean the people here are nice and all but I'm just disappointed . It was such a simple fix they really should have checked the thermostat so i didnt have to waste $300 on an electrician .
But a guess I'll just look at it like a $400 education in water heaters .

They were very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and showed an Interest in getting us taken care of as urgently as possible! In a time of stress & uncertainty on our family, they were willing to help and gave us temporary solutions until they could get to us. I highly recommend Cannon Plumbing!

It is never a good time when you need a plumber. Terry, and his crew Scott and Charlie, were very professional and explained what caused the problem, the required repairs, and the approximate cost. The job is done now and I could not be happier, and the total cost did not break the bank. These guys have been around, and have all worked together, for several years. American Home Shield sent Cannon Plumbing out for a couple issues. Charles came out within a reasonable time-frame and replaced our garbage disposal, fixed a kitchen sink and a bathroom sink! Extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and speedy to fix. I would recommend Cannon to anyone.
