Utility Contractor reviews in Lexington, Kentucky

They are doing some work in my neighborhood, and for some reason, decided to come into my back yard, throw my cinder blocks all over the place, and leave my gate wide open. Then blocked my driveway this morning. 0/10, Im assuming the city hired them but I don't know why

I'm sure they were doing contract work for KU which KU should be concerned about. They were switching lines to a new pole and they had a few spotters on the ground thats why I'm confused as to why when I was weed eating I noticed several good size pieces of the tension cable I guess?and thank goodness I didn't just take off mowing because I'm sure the metal i picked up would have caused significant damage and by the looks of the reviews they stand by damaged property to well plus a few smaller pieces that could easily puncture tires on my vehicles thanks for making sure you cleaned up.

7 am this morning: Not a good look for your company when your employee is driving your commercial company vehicle, flying at unsafe speeds (had to be going more than 75/mph) while tailgating other drivers on the road to force them out of the way.

Damaging my car and not returning my calls is not going to work out for you. I want to be clear about that.

Elliot Construction Company came out and did some work at our church recently and the service was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on what they were doing. Will definitely be working with them again in the future.

Damaged my company truck and have not fixed it in a timely manor causing more damage to the vehicle.

These guys came down to Nashville during the ice storm in the winter of 2026, and did an incredible job getting our neighborhood back up and running when the temperature was in the teens. They were professional, courteous, and friendly in what was pretty rough conditions. We’re all so grateful for their hard work getting the power back on in our neighborhood.
