This is THE duct cleaning and carpet cleaning company for Central Kentucky.

Eric (Owner of Premier) is very dialed in with his business and his customers. They have state of the art equipment to clean any type of duct work whether is insulated metal duct, duct board or metal duct.

Their communication is spot on and they arrive on time and provide floor protection to keep our floors clean during the cleaning. They worked around my schedule and were extremely flexible. They worked around my pets as well as we have two dogs and two cats and they were so courteous!

I have to give praise to Doug and Dave! They where our duct cleaning technicians and they went above and beyond with in every aspect of the process. I had a lot of questions and they had answers. You can tell the genuine, passion they both have for this profession. These are true professionals!

Lastly, I most certainly have to thank Eric. Eric is a hands on owner and walked me through the entire process with confidence. He stands behind his business and takes care of his customers and employees. I would give Premier a 10 out of 5 Star rating if it was possible. They are the ONLY company I would recommend for duct and carpet cleaning in Central Kentucky!

Dave was great coming out and taking a look at the issue I was having with my dryer. Actually showed up early! Was easy to schedule the work. Doug and Jay showed up on time, were incredibly friendly, and got right down to work cleaning the dryer line. In and out, took maybe 20-30 minutes. I'd recommend Premier to anyone!

Working with them was so easy! We had them pick up all of our rugs before we started a renovation and they came on time with no problem. Our project ended up taking soooooo much longer than we originally thought but Premier Carpet graciously kept our rugs for us for the duration of the project without any hesitation. When I called to have them dropped back off, they were able to offer the next day delivery with only a one hour window. Fantastic service and extremely responsive! Highly recommend and will use them again!

I did headshots for the team and they were great to work with. Dave scheduled me promptly and accommodated my equipment set up at their newly renovated office free of charge. Will definitely use their services in the future for any restoration needs!

Servpro of Lexington completed our project today. David Corey has been our Project Manager and from Day 1 and has provided the very best communication and customer service. Our insurance agent recommended Servpro. We’ve always used our own contracted, but made the decision to give this process a try. It couldn’t have gone any better!! The craftsman in each specialty (movers; flooring; drywall; painting) were ALL extremely professional, always early, cleaned the area before they left each day. WOW! David let us know every day what to expect and that’s what was accomplished, most of the time, even more. He also, always asked us at the end of the day how everything went, areas of follow up etc.. truly a professional and great leader! We actually enjoyed the process, which doesn’t happen often!!! My husband and I had a house fire last year and without ServPro, I truly don’t know how we would have gotten through it. Our contractor, David Corey, and his crew as well as every other employee we worked with throughout the process were extremely caring and knowledgeable in rebuilding our home and restoring our belongings. Words can’t explain how much we appreciate them.

Last year my house burned down. I called servpro to do the initial fire clean up. I was lost as what i needed to do next. I was informed that servpro could handle the rebuild and David corey was assigned the tast of the rebuild. David and his team went above and beyond my expectations. The process was easy and completed in a timely fashion with excellent craftsmanship. I would highly recommend servpro and David corey!

We had a past due bill that frankly I had forgotten about. Instead of calling to ask for payment I get a letter in the mail from Fowler Bell law firm stating that they are collecting on past due payment and will proceed with a lawsuit if payment isn’t made within 30 days.

I have an idea for ServPro… pick up the phone, CALL ME and ask for payment (which I would have made on spot) instead of incurring legal fees for all parties. I’ll never use your services again.

I recently had a kitchen fire in a rental. There was extensive damage in that area. In addition, there was smoke and suet on through out the house. The tenant was reductant to move which slowed the renovation project. David Corey was very patient with this situation. Once the renovation was in full operation, things went smoothly considering the house was built in 1952. All the skilled tradesman did an excellent job and all the damaged areas look brand new. Without hesitation I would highly recommend ServPro, David Corey and his team.
